Fabulous staff, really helpful. Really sorry his name isn’t on the voucher. Helped with showing where everything was, storing wood for pick up later, very pleasant and polite. You know who you are! Thank you.

We recently visited the newly opened Moortown, Leeds branch.
I spoke to Michelle to enquire after a product. She could not have been more helpful with her product knowledge. The store is much improved from the previous Homebase. Michelle is an asset to the store.

Went to have a look at the plants as assumed there would be an outdoor plant or garden section as before? But there wasn't. Won't return.

This was my first visit to this store. I had to ask a few times where I could find the items I needed and every time, the chap I asked was immensely helpful (which I appreciated, I’m a DIY novice). When I eventually had everything I came for, the ladies at the til were equally as great. Would def recommend.

Some fantastic kitchen and bathroom displays but little products or tools for use in the garden. I was very disappointed to find no plants or outdoor garden centre section at all. It was good to see some of the old Homebase faces still working on the shopfloor.

Looks great inside and great kitchen dept. Really disappointed there isn’t a garden and plants section as we don’t have many options the area for that kind of stuff. Please reconsider.

Lovely new store , just feel you’re missing having garden plants and a home section to make it perfect .
