Wickes - Lincoln Avis 

Initial in store support and customer service was not great. I booked a free come to mine design chat, whilst in store being ignored by staff.

However from that point on, wickes have been great, flexible and helpful. My designer Ashley was great

Our designer, Carl Price, was outstanding from the start. We had very little idea what we wanted or what was out there so we needed lot's of help. Welcoming with a personable approach, Carl took our ideas and designed our dream kitchen which is not only practical but amazing for family time and entertaining as well. At no stage was there any pressure and we were told there was no limit on appointments or adjustments to the design. Carl took time to get to know us and built the design around us. He paired us with an outstanding installer to get the perfect finish. Our installer David, listened to concerns throughout and put us at ease. The support from Wickes was outstanding and we were approached a number of times to make sure everything was going as planned. Even down to the 2 young lads delivering the kitchen, pleasant and helpful.

If you are even considering a new kitchen I highly recommend Wickes. If you are lucky enough to be in the Lincolnshire area, Carl Price is a must.

Ashley the design consultant was extremely professional, knowledgeable and suggested many options to satisfy our requirements. She explained every step of the process in a very clear and concise way. When we left the showroom we were completely satisfied that we had received the best service possible and if all other parties concerned are to the same high standard as Ashley no doubt will be more than satisfied with our new en-suite

My wife and I went to Wickes in Lincoln today for a bathroom design consultation, the design consultant Carl Price went out of his way to accommodate and design a perfect bathroom, I had a question once I got home, and called the store, Carl missed the call, however in his own time this evening emailed me in order that my question could be answered, that in my eyes is excellent customer service and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bathroom, to go to Wickes and speak to Carl

Carl was very personable, with great communication from start to finish. Nothing was too much for him. Lots of tweaks I made, along with his suggestions helped me stay within budget. Very passionate with great vision. An asset to the company.

Really good delivery with live tracking and driver was helpful with dropping the items off in a good spot.

Superb kitchen replacement project over a two week period completed on time without hitch.
Initial planning and survey work carried out by Carl Price absolutely superb couldn't have wished for better help, planning and advice, such a can do approach to everything.
Installation by Sam Glenn of SGS fine carpentry was absolutely faultless. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. Could not have wished for better from start to finish.

The young gentleman named Corey immediately offered his assistance. The loft board packs are quite heavy and he lifted them onto a trolley and wheeled them to my car and even loaded the packs. Lovely young man, polite and helpful. I have generalised weakness and severe breathing conditions. Corey didn't hesitate to offer his assistance, I didn't need to ask, he just knew. Assett to Wicks. I've been using Wickes for my DIY for years. I have never had any problems and always find answers to the questions I have. Most of the staff know me and really make it a better experience too; very friendly (they shared a staff bun box with me once :D ) and pull out all stops to answer your questions and keep you on the right DIY path. 10 out of 10

We worked with Carl Price to remodel our very small kitchen. We were a bit skeptical that we could ever find someone with the knowledge and patient enough to accept our requests to transform our small space into a fully functional kitchen. After Carl's first visit to our house, we knew we could rely on him to meet our expectations. We completed the design and it is perfect. The space was totally maximised and following Carl's suggestions we ended up with more cupboards and workspace than we previously imagined. Carl is passionate and detail oriented with great customer awareness. Perfect 5-star job, Carl.

We were over the moon with the service provided by our kitchen designer, Carl Price.

Unlike the other companies we visited, who seemed mainly interested in what colour cupboards and handles we wanted, Carl visited our home, took the time to understand our preferences, needs and bugbears, and grasped exactly what we had envisioned straight away.

He spent two hours with us at home, and even longer with us at the showroom going through his design and finalising it. He has the patience of a saint - we never once felt rushed. He knew when to make suggestions and when to simply let us work things out for ourselves.

His design was thoughtful and considered, down to every last detail. We felt very lucky to have found Carl, and Wickes should feel lucky to have him too!

I initially considered giving 2 stars because MJ, the designer, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been beyond disappointing, so I have to give 1 star.

Our bathroom installation was cancelled on the scheduled start date, after waiting 12 weeks. Wickes had appointed an installer with only one bathroom fitter, who then left the business, meaning our bathroom could no longer be installed.

The order had also been left on hold, so deliveries weren't arranged in time. Despite the installation falling through, attempted deliveries were still being made more than a week later.

Nearly three weeks on, I am still waiting for my refund.

During this sorry process they confirmed we could go back in the queue for another installer but it would be another 12 weeks. While I appreciate we may have to wait 3 months or more for a new bathroom, our business will never be placed with Wickes again.

Great experience - the checkout lady today was wonderful and Abraham really kindly loaded 12 bags of top soil into the car for me. Very good value too. Many thanks

Wickes had everything I wanted at good prices. Abraham was very friendly and helpful putting the heavy items in my car for me.

Joseph delivered the order and was brilliant in taking the order to where i wanted it as I am disabled...he was polite and friendly and very helpful... thank you Joseph ..and thank you Wickes of Lincoln
