Service from Jason in store was excellent. Helped locate and advised on best pieces of wood and other items. Excellent!

What a pleasant chap is all I can say! His customer service was superb! He’s a treasure to the Luton branch! All the years I’ve been going into electrical wholesalers or just building merchants as an electrician I’ve never had service like this it was outstanding.

It was so helpful for us everything is in the shop. Especially Jayson who help us for everything we need.

The staff is very helpful and proactive -I was served by Jason, and the store was tidy and clean. Just one comment about the paint sample pots I bought. The name of the shade I chose wasn't printed in any of the pots. I think it's just a matter of adjusting the printed area ... the shades i chose were quite similar but thankfully I could tell them apart once I gave it a second coat on the test paper.

The only DIY store I go in and staff actually proactively offer you assistance - very impressed.

I went to wickes this morning for some stuff for our little project and was approached by Jason (Luton branch) asking me if I needed any help. I must say I have never had such a pleasant experience in any store in my whole life! Jason is absolutely amazing! He was extremely helpful, polite, professional, knowledgeable and lovely to speak to. I have shopped from lot of places in my life including expensive designer store and I can say Jason’s service is the best I have ever had. Thank you so much

JASON helped me with my decision to chose the tiles for my bathroom, helped to load up the troly and helped me all the way to load my car. JASON even guided to open a tradepro account and the benefits I was getting from the account when I shop to wicks stores.
Very respectful man, very helpful. Living in UK for 26 years have never come across to any store with the help like JASON done for me.

Visited the store in Luton today, and was walking around a little aimlessly looking for the goods I needed.

A lovely store person, named Jason approached me and asked if I needed any help.

After assistance with locating weed killer, I said I had a task to repair a wooden table.

He guided me to the area where you sold wooden dowels, and then asked more details about the repair.

I ended up with a IRWiN quick grip clamp, which was exactly what I needed.

Please do thank Jason for all his help.

Popped in for a few bits, most of which I found easily but I was then helped by Jason. He was very friendly and helpful, even though his shift had just ended. I walked away very happy with everything I needed. Great service - I will be back!

Came into the Luton branch on Gypsy Lane looking for paint , good selection of colours and able to mix specially to order took some swatches
Also looked at bathrooms with a view to refurb

Lots of space to park, not busy inside & was able to get in and out very quickly. Staff were responsive and helpful.

We recently ordered our kitchen from wickes. Sebastiano sacca who help us to get a nice kitchen in our budget.
