Wickes - Redditch Avis 75

We went to wickes Redditch to look for a new kitchen,Abbie came to our home to measure up and get some ideas of what we wanted, she then came up with a fantastic design for our self build. During the build we had a few questions that were answered very efficiently and promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend Abbie to design your dream kitchen,everything from start to finish was perfect.

We went to the store today looking to solve a problem. After talking about several options we decided on what we needed but couldn't find the wire staples. We found Josh eager and very helpful in finding them!

Excellent and very patient service today from Grace and Jo. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Also, received excellent service from Kaycee when we came in a few weeks ago! Highly recommended

Had my measure up appointment for kitchen. It was very good. Conrad from Redditch branch was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions. Would recommend.

I visit this store regularly , Sometimes twice a week . Today my order was picked by Kaycee , she’s a very helpful member of staff , always happy ,smiling and ready to help . She’s a credit to the store .

Popped in at the very end of the day, we were served by Grace at the check out, who helped me set up my trade card and was exceptionally patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Also the store is very well laid out and well stocked. I’ll be back!

Great service in Wickes Redditch from John who went out of his way to help me find what I needed and came up with some useful ideas. Will definitely use them again.

Kitchen and bathroom excellent help and advise

Abbie Moxon was absolutely amazing. Did fantastic designs for bathroom and kitchen. Was lovely to work with.

Abbie is brilliant. Arrived on time very friendly and helpful in giving great advice on how to go from a bath to a walk in shower. Took all measurements then when we went to the showroom showed us the design on screen of what walk in shower would look like. Helped us choose the stuff for it.

Zahrah was very cheerful, polite and helpful with our purchase last weekend; an asset to Wickes.

Popped into store today and Kaycee was a huge help. Had huge amount of product knowledge and couldnt have been more helpful. Great customer service

I had a fantastic experience at Wickes and wanted to highlight the excellent service of Joanne who made sure I found the right products. The store itself was well-organised and stocked neatly I 100% recommend going and won’t be long until I visit again
