Wickes - Scunthorpe Avis 

Very poor customer service turned up 20 mins before the appointment to have a look at the kitchens no body greeted me said hello told me where to go from the looks of it the designer was busy on his phone after waiting 20 mins after the appointment was due to start and no sign of anyone been bothered I walked out and went to wren kitchens were greeted as soon as I walked in and have started to design our new kitchen, great job wickes !

Ordered paint in store for next day delivery, arrived but paint has leaked. Called store not interested, gave me customer service number, just on hold for an age, got decorators coming in morning to start

Bought a new kitchen & so happy with James the designer. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He wasn’t pushy but listened to what I wanted and designed it exactly how I had in mind. He then made the changes I decided I would like without any fuss. Always at the end of the phone or email & always happy to help. Definitely recommend

Visited Wickes in Scunthorpe today and was served by Naomi. She was extremely helpful (I wasn't really sure what I needed), had a sense of humour and could not have been more of an asset to me. This was my first visit to this branch and I am very impressed.

Bought a new bathroom and kitchen ,dealt with Sophie to design it for us,very easy and helpful process.had a issue with the shower tray came into the store to sort it dealt with Tammy who dealt with the problem for us straight away nothing was a issue and extremely helpful and always smiling 😁,thankyou

Nick helped us out with everything we needed for our wall panelling even checking for extra stock that had just arrived as we needed some more boxes than what was on display brilliant guy thankyou and Tammy on the checkout for ordering our hardboard online for us and sorting out delivery, both great helpful people thankyou.

At your Scunthorpe Store. Your representative Katherine went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure that I was completely satisfied. She is definitely an asset to the company.

Sophie Grantham was our design consultant for our kitchen project, she was great from our first visit into the store, coming out to complete a design and then again in store to show us our virtual kitchen design and show us the physical products that we had chosen, Sophie chose us a great installer Simon, who was respectful of our home and pets and was very tidy in his work, the project started and finished on time and Sophie even contacted us after to ensure that we were happy, thank you Sophie for a brilliant experience

Katherine went out of her way to help me set up an account with Wickes, allowing me to claim the 10% discount awarded. She was patient and kind and nothing seemed to much trouble. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Buying a kitchen is a big investment and we really didn’t want get it wrong. We made our appointment to see James the kitchen designer in store. Not only to he make us feel welcome, he also made me and my wife feel comfortable and confident in our plan for the kitchen. He listened to all our plans and basically designed it with us step by step with his professional advice which was invaluable. We were also offered a home visit even though we were buying and fitting it ourselves. His expertise and professionalism was priceless and we would highly recommend anyone seeking advice on their dream kitchen to make that appointment!!

One of the store assistants (Nick) was so very helpful in both the plumbing department and with queries I had with laminate flooring. Following a bit of more store browsing, Nick had reappeared on the till to help out.
I prefer Wickes to B&Q because of employees like yours. The product lines are much better too.
