Wickes - Scunthorpe Avis 

One of the store assistants (Nick) was so very helpful in both the plumbing department and with queries I had with laminate flooring. Following a bit of more store browsing, Nick had reappeared on the till to help out.
I prefer Wickes to B&Q because of employees like yours. The product lines are much better too.

been using wickes for 30 years, on a weekly basis, depending on project. sometimes been going in 3 times a week. Generally staff at my local wickes, in Scunthorpe are helpful but today seemed to be an exceptionally great day, KATHERINE was very helpful and made my day.

Sophie was absolutely fantastic with from start to finish with the designing of our utility room. Very helpful and understanding with what we were after and very reassuring after having a very bad experience with another kitchen company. Her design was fantastic and was perfect with some on the awkward spots in the room.
Could fault her or the staff at Wickes in Scunthorpe.
The fitter they sorted out Rick was incredible too, very hard working and nothing was a problem for him at all. Very friendly and hard working. I couldn’t recommend them both enough.

Went to the local store in Scunthorpe the other day not really knowing what i needed for the job in hand, spoke to a chap called Nick who was very helpful and very knowledgeable.
This man is a star do not let him go I would have been lost without him! Don’t get me wrong all the staff are always very pleasant but this young man stood head and shoulders above the rest.

Scunthorpe is our local Wickes which we have frequently visited during our house renovation. Katherine has always served us with a smile and friendly chat. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to visit.

I bought some timber this morning from the Scunthorpe store, unfortuantely I was struggling after hand surgery.
Katherine who was on the till helped me to take and load my car. I did not request the help, but she could see I was struggling. She is a credit to the company.

Sophie Lily Grantham was excellent on the initial measure up and design service - she was very patient and helpful and came up with super design proposals for our bathroom and en suite.
Some of the Wickes admin procedures seemed a bit odd - certain products we wanted were available in store but could not be ordered through the supply and fit scheme - eg we had to buy the flooring ourselves (from a Wickes store...!) for the installer to fit.
We also had quite a few issues with getting all the stuff delivered - Wickes seemed to make hard work of that side of it - eg some of the things on the inventories not arriving on the stated date or were missing all together, causing a bit of stress and frustation
Adam, the installer was also excellent - very prompt, clean, tidy and clearly a very conscientious guy. Dealt with the inevitable installation snags without fuss
Sophie's after completion follow up was also great - she come to see the finished job and was interested on how it looked and how it was working for us.

Sophie Grantham at Scunthorpe was incredible! Gave us a beautiful design for our kitchen, it was everything we asked for. She was there to answer all our queries. We are overjoyed with the price and service, and cannot recommend enough!

The manager Tammy was extremely helpful today sorting out our flooring that had been messed up by the warehouse. We are very grateful for her help and understanding!

Want to thank Nick at the Scunthorpe branch! He was so kind and helpful, recommended the perfect lot for mounting our TV, has done exactly what we needed it to, without his help I'd of bought the wrong wall plugs! The kit he recommended had a drill bit included everything we needed made the job so much easier, thankyou so much nick!

I was looking for some window sealant and Nick was extremely helpful and showed me a better alternative to the product I had chosen

We had a kitchen design appointment with Sophie who was excellent at her job. Sophie was polite, corteous, friendly and professional.Sophie even came to the house to check our measurements were correct. A pleasant experience except for the 5 weeks delivery slot.
