Wickes - Swindon Avis 

James the kitchen designer was great. From initial meeting right through to after when we needed some help with extra stuff.
You can tell he has experience being an ex tradesman too, as he understood behind the scenes bits with waste pipes for example for us to discuss and have moved with the tradesmen and was able to advise accordingly. He let me carry on when I wanted something that was in my vision and also challenged when there was a better solution. Looking at the end result my family is chuffed with our new home. Just need to enjoy it now.
Quality of the furniture and fittings are excellent. I did have a brief look at b&q who’s quality wasn’t the same and other well known kitchen places had staff that I’m not sure have ever used a kitchen.
We did a full home renovation we had two bathrooms and a kitchen from wickes getting the mid range stuff which suited our budget and quality expectations.
Through the project we have used wickes for our paint and regular supplies too. We still have the downstairs wc and garden to do but will get what we can from wickes. Thanks James & friendly wickes team I have met along the way.

We had the best customer service from Tony, he couldn't have been more helpful. Very impressed with the standard of service we received. Also, thanks to the lovely lady who served us at the till, another example of great customer service. Well done Wickes!

Really great experience with Red Dragon home improvements. The team were prompt, tidy and standard of work was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them. Very good communication and our kitchen worked tirelessly to get the job done.

Popped in to help my daughter get some flooring and my trade account didnt seem to be working, a member of staff, Liv, went above and beyond to rectify this for us and helped us out loads, really kind of her!

Popped into Wickes Swindon to get an extension lead, after searching what I thought was all round the store looking for one, i asked a very young girl, Charlotte, at the help desk/tills if they stocked them.

She, without any hesitation, gave me clear instructions where they would be found, ( clearly I hadn't looked in that aisle.) When paying, she was kind and curtious, asking me if I had found them OK. Very pleasant young lady, thank you Charlotte, keep up the good work .

I wished to. Purchase Madrid door handles(x6) but only had 5 in stock. Both Marge and Kerrie were very helpful in trying to locate more without success. I therefore ordered what I needed for home delivery. I was very impressed with them both

Despite walking past the item I needed, several times.... when I asked Donna, who was on the till at the time, where the item I needed was, she asked for cover and took me directly to it and then proceeded to quickly help me through checkout. Polite and helpful.... thank you 👍

I was looking for some oak flooring unfortunately what I needed had recently been discontinued so I was looking at the discounted stock also
On seeing me wondering what was available to me Kerrie Ryan came over with out me even asking and offered his help and also checked the warehouse for the product the too which he soon located. He even came to the tills to explain everything to the manager he was great, very polite and courteous at all times a real credit to the Swindon store

Liv in the the Swindon store was so friendly and really helpful making our experience much easier. She was able to navigate us to the correct products with a smile, really polite and super helpful

Tony at Swindon branch is a legend. Helped me load up and was very polite and helpful.

Melinda is always friendly and helpful, Swindon Home & Garden often shops in Wickes and is happy to see Melinda serving at the till. She must be an asset to the team 🙂

Saw Charlotte who helped me to open my trade account really easy and quick to do great customer service.

We had a kitchen design appointment with Millie and couldn’t be more pleased with the plans for our new kitchen. Millie listened to our requirements, gave invaluable advice and designed our lovely new kitchen. Millie is very patient, knowledgeable and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Millie took us through the process from start to finish, we would definitely recommend Millie.

James has been amazing so helpful and understanding of our budget. Has taken all the stress and worry out of the project I can't wait to have our new kitchen.

A paint accidentally tipped over in my car and spilt over. Tony went beyond his standard duties of a store assistant and helped me out to clean up the spillage and bag up the open paint tin. His kindness and a helpful nature deserves recognition and reward. Thank you Tony. All the best.

Went into wickes today to grab some electrical supplies and set up a trade card spoke to Charlotte and Melinda who were more than helpful in quickly setting this up for me
