Wickes - Swindon Avis 

Jez? Delivery driver. The best driver I’ve had yet the oven unit was heavy, I also had an oven sat at my door in the way and too weak to carry it up the stairs. I’m also waiting for Wickes to deliver my 2 worktops and I knew there wouldn’t be enough room for them. I was nearly crying bless him he helped me carry it up. I will never forget and I know it’s only supposed to be delivered to the door but I’m just a girl and I live on my own. Now there’s enough room for the worktops near my door. I hope he gets recognised for his good work and service. I left you a tub of hero’s at Swindon wickes store manager. Thanks again 🙏🏽

Fantastic customer service from Tony today in helping move eight huge rolls of loft insulation out to my car and load them in. Exactly the type of service which will take me back to Wickes in future!

Olivia at store 342 was so incredibly helpful, patient and polite when sorting out an issue with our trade pro account app and then placing the subsequent online order and in store purchase

Olli helped me locate some ironwork and fence posts that were not easily found. He could have fobbed me off with a “You can come back later today!” line, but he went out of his way to locate the correct items as the online description didn’t match the “hard copy” item required, Thanks Olli 🙏🏻

Millie went above and beyond when helping me design my bathroom. She didn’t just throw out quick suggestions or stick to standard choices—she really took the time to understand what I wanted and how I wanted the space to feel. She asked the right questions, listened to my ideas, and made sure that every detail matched the vision I had in my head.

What stood out the most was how thoughtful and patient she was. Instead of letting me feel overwhelmed by all the options, she guided me through the process with care, explaining how things like lighting, finishes, and fixtures would work together. She even thought about the little details I never would have considered on my own, making sure the bathroom would look beautiful and also function well in the long run.

It was clear to me that Millie wasn’t just trying to finish a project—she was invested in creating a space that I would truly love. And now, every time I step into my bathroom, I can see the extra effort and heart she put into it.

Ordered a 6 x 6 Fence Panel yesterday. Brilliant service. Really impressed because I'd made a mistake with the order. I actually was able to ring them, spoke to a REAL PERSON! The lady rectified my mistake and the panel was delivered on time 20 mins ago. What Fab service. Thank You.

Millie (Wickes designer) and Shaun (fitter, Thamesdown bathroom) gave me a fantastic experience! Millie has a consultative approach taking me through the options and letting me know their strengths and limitations.she was able to answer all my questions (there were many) and make design changes quickly. Shaun was friendly, on time and the bathroom was fitted perfectly, I loved the final product would definitely recommend Wickes and especially using Millie and Shaun

Friendly helpful staff member by the name of Charlotte helped me to find the item that I was looking for after I thought I had no choice but to buy an alternative product.

My husband and I decided to have new plans for our kitchen. We’ve never been through this process before, so we didn’t know what to expect. I booked an appointment online which was easy for someone to come and take measurements. We’ve had amazing communication right from the beginning. A lovely lady called Millie phoned me the day before our home visit to confirm the appointment. We thought this was professional and a great way to introduce your colleague who will be visiting our home.
Millie arrived as planned, she was so lovely and happy. She listened to our plans and began taking measurements. We then arranged our next appointment which would be to go into the store to see our plans, this was booked at the end of our home visit. We went to our in store visit and we were over the moon with all of the details Millie had taken from us, and came up with better solutions than what we could of imagined. This was a lovely, relaxed appointment and Millie’s knowledge was second to none. We were giving so many options, and we felt all of questions were answered on the spot. So many options with wicked kitchens, suiting all budgets. This was a lovely experience, and although this is only our temporary kitchen development, in the future when we build our dream kitchen we will absolutely be coming back to wickes. Thank you so much Millie for all of your time and effort in helping us achieve more than we envisioned, you are so lovely and kind. We would highly recommend wicked kitchens in the future.

Melinda and Harry were both very helpful in finding some wooden battens for which I'd searched unsuccessfully.

Tony the assistant was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to source my item which had come in on an earlier delivery but was not currently on the shelves.
