Went to collect an order but by my mistake it was at the Wickes Hayes Middlesex
However a customer assistant called Emma went out of her way in contacting Hayes branch to cancel the order and refund my money
Emma followed this up informing by phone later in the day that this had been done

The staff were really helpful, especially Kay, who gave me a lot of helpful advice and hacks on how to paint a room. She also showed me products that made the most sense financially. I felt overwhelmed at first, because it was my first DIY job ever, but she made me feel more confident. Thanks Kay.

We went to Coney Hall yesterday. Met a chap called Kwame. We are having a new bathroom fitted. Some things were not explained to us when we ordered. Kwame was brilliant, sorted everything out, and now we are calm before the installation begins. Thanks Kwame !

I made great big effort to come and talk about kitchen ,asked to print out what he did but he refused to do so and he said he will send plan and quote following day by email, but never arrived, they let me down, wasted my time. I will get kitchen somewhere else

We bought a new bathroom and were greatly helped by the knowledge and experience of our salesman James, at the Coney Hall branch. He is very friendly and helped explain all our options. An absolute credit to your company.

Don't use them. They accept a booking and payment via their website and then decide they can't actually deliver. Of course this may not be at site level but it's all the same company.

Our designer James Bealing was so thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. A real pleasure to meet. And Thomas Whittaker in customer services was brilliant at helping us out getting the delivery sorted earlier than expected for my elderly parents.

James Bealing was knowledgeable, calm and friendly to deal with. He always made the time to talk through any questions and was approachable, thorough and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

Service received was excellent . The actual store manager loaded the items for me, because I couldn’t lift heavy loads due to me recently having surgery

Returned a faulty reciprocating saw which I’d bought the previous month having unfortunately lost the receipt. Tina, the very helpful staff member found the transaction on their system as I’d paid by debit card, and exchanged the saw speedily and without fuss. Great customer service, thank you 🙏

Brilliant delivery service from Wickes in West Wickham, Kent. Staff in shop helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Had next day delivery, on time and exactly what I had ordered! (Not always the case with other suppliers). I shall certainly use them again, and can highly recommend.19

I made a purchase using click and collect, by the tome I collected my purchase the item had sold out. The moto is "if you really want the item, and it's in demand, then use click and collect". It worked for me at Wickes and the staff were very helpful.

I'd like to take this oppertunity to recommend Wickes as they've done such a fantastic job on our bathroom. The designer (James Bealing) made the effort to come to our house on a few occasions, was attentive and listened to our ideas.

The materails are of good quality and the installer was fantastic with a real eye for details.
