Had a visit from kitchen design team. Put completely at ease and although I am a tricky indecisive customer, Jackey offered help, advice and options to suit. Follow up offered at convenience and felt nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommend.

I was served today by Steph at the Worksop branch and she couldn't have been more helpful. I needed some help with choosing some emulsion in a white/ grey tone,I asked if I could purchase some testers and try the colours in store as I didn't live local,she painted them on some paper so I could choose and I subsequently bought 2 large tins of Wickes own brand which was the better shade. Steph is a credit to the company,she was professional, polite and friendly,a lovely stress free purchase.

Brilliant - what an excellent service we received from Jo at Wicks in Worksop, he was so knowledgeable, helped us with everything we needed for a tiling project. All the staff were helpful including Steph on the till - thank you to you all we won’t hesitate to come back in the future

I popped into Wickes Worksop yesterday morning and wasn’t sure where to start looking for the panelling I needed. I asked a lady (hate the fact I didn’t get her name) who showed me straight to where it was.
This lady, got me a trolley and helped me download the app in order to get the discount! We already had an account but I didn’t have the app. Paul took it from there, he was so helpful and once he saw me trashing the place with the trolley (pull don’t push!) he even loaded it into my car for me!
What a lovely and positive experience it was from the minute I walked through the door ☺️

After some initial difficulty obtaining a large number of tiles from the same or similar batches we called Worksop. Joe told me they had some in the back and sone on the shelf and saved them for me. Still needing more tilss I though we would need to go to another store but on arrival Joe told me he'd noticed sone more on the shelves and had checked them, they were the same batch.
Joe doing that bit extra had saved us time and travelling.

Called in for 6 bags of cement I had 2 children with me, one in my arms asleep and one attempting to push the trolley. PAUL at worksop saw I would struggle and insisted loading up the cement and pulling the trolley to the counter. Very helpful

Sally Hatfield greeted us and immediately began to help us plan our kitchen. She was knowledgeable about the products and price ranges. She came onsite to measure, plan and discuss and was very helpful and friendly. When we returned to see the plan and the price we were delighted with both.

Debbie was very helpful and patient processing my order for delivery. She made a daunting task less so. Very pleasant experience will shop there again.

Sally Hatfield has been brilliant she's listen to what I wanted and did the design spot on had a few hick ups on the way but she was on it and sorted straight away she made the experience a delight and not a chore

We went to the Worksop store with definite ideas about how we wanted our new kitchen & also which one we wanted. Jacky Povey was very patient & worked with us to make sure we were happy with the design & explained every step of the ordering & fitting process. When it came to fitting we were allocated Pete Godley to do the job & he was another star. Can’t fault the quality of his work & his approach to the job. We are extremely happy with the new kitchen & the whole experience we have had in buying a kitchen from Wickes.

I called in to get something and asked the young girl called Steph on the help desk and she ask the manager Joe if he could help me and they were both extremely helpful and got me what I required,highly recommended store and both the members of staff couldn’t of been any more helpful polite and couldn’t do enough every member of staff dealing with the public should have this attitude well done wicks for great staff both people should be praised x

After several frustrating conversations with kitchen design consultants who seemingly were only interested in the large kitchen projects, brochures collected and minefields negotiated🥹
By chance I wandered into Wickes Worksop branch and started a conversation with Design consultant Sally Hatfield. Sally listened to our requirements and met every challenge we put to her, clearly she not only has wide experience in the kitchen design industry but also loves what she does and goes the extra mile. I’ve chosen to install the units myself and right now I’m faced with 34 boxes of flat pack but I know that Sally will be available if I need to discuss the design details, the amazing thing is that my wife usually needs to chew things over after the presentation but I was shocked when she made the decision in store without any hesitation, a true testament to how good Sally is.
