We went in for some internal doors and the service could not have been better, from Brad getting a trolley for us and taking them for home delivery. To Steph and Joe sorting a delivery slot and taking payment. I would recommend using their store without hesitation

Helpfull in all aspects from advising all items could be added to delivery for same cost . Helped us with a garden storage unit by telling us it was on sale the day after to help us save money . He was very polite and knowledgeable with our order all round great experiance

Just attended Wickes store Worksop 11:56am purchased 16th February 2025 and a young guy helped me in locating some paint saying in stock but not on shelf. This guy couldn’t have helped anymore looking for me and talking to his supervisor where eventually we found it. The colour I was looking for was Mustard Jar in silk as sorry didn’t get his name but he will know by this. A credit to the company excellent service. The supervisor was also very helpful.

From a blank page to the complete bathroom Wickes helped us find the perfect bathroom, Jacky the bathroom designer helped us realise just how good our bathroom could be. Definitely worth popping in if you’re embarking on a project.

I use this store regularly for all my Bathroom supplies, including tiles, plumbing fittings & pipes etc. The shelves are always well stocked. The staff are always helpful & friendly.

I had an inusual question about an item that was quite alien in its nature. My bespoke and complex needs were met with concise and esoteric knowledge and advice tailored to my quandary and particular predicament. Upon my approaching him, Joe assessed my case when presented with a piece of material that was causing my confusion, promply pointed me towards what I needed where in store and then relieved me of the cash for it digitally at the till. Joe was friendly and approachable with excellent knowledge around my particular requirements. Hazzarr and whoop for the service and resolve. Thank you.

Jacky at Worksop Wickes has been so helpful designing a new bathroom and kitchen for me. Her patience (as I returned often) has definitely been tested and she just smiles her way through it all. I am sure I will be back to clarify the final details and I know I will get a speedy and helpful response. Thank you.

I have been using my local Wickes branch Worksop now for quite some time as go to place for my trades supplies but more importantly I have Sally Hatfield design and plan all o my kitchens and bathroom projects without fault. Sally is very accommodating, always on time for her appointments and has always been available whenever I've needed her. Cannot fault the service, the discounts and the staff.

I recently helped my mother purchase a kitchen from Jacky in Worksop store who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her advise and knowledge of the products and design was the best we saw as we shopped around and she gave us absolute confidence in the wickes products and brand. The price was also very competitive for the quality. We used our own installer but would highly recommend using Wickes for a kitchen replacement the products are fabulous quality my mother is over the moon and was treat with absolute respect from Jacky who came to home measure and made suggestions we hadn’t even thought about. Nothing was too much trouble.

I can't speak highly enough of Jacky as a kitchen designer for Wickes in Worksop.From start to finish, her professionalism and warm personality were second to none. She came to my home, took precise measurements, and was extremely helpful and polite throughout the process. Jacky made excellent choices when I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, guiding me every step of the way. Her expertise and dedication made the entire experience seamless. I fully endorse Jacky and would recommend her without hesitation!".

Only nipped in to grab a couple of bags of compost but it turned into a bit of a farce. The Mrs went in first to ask if we needed to bring in the compost (which was located outside next to the entrance) to scan it. This was confirmed which was no problem so I had to then get out of the car and take a bag of compost to the till.

After getting to the front of the queue with the compost the cashier then explained that each bag needed bringing into the store and she couldn't scan the same bag three times. I then had to hold the whole queue up while I went back out and dragged another 3 bags through the store. After putting all the bags in a pile the cashier then proceeded to scan the same bag three times. When I questioned why I'd had to drag three bags into the store she then explained it was company policy due to thefts.

Now these rants invariably sound like 1st world problems but what a mess about. If the bags are being stolen and you can't trust the customer then don't leave them outside. At the very least the cashier could have scanned each bag separately just to placate me in my mistaken belief that each bag needed scanning separately.

On a positive: one of the Wickes employees then did offer to give me a lift with one of the bags but I declined and used my rage to get all three bags to the car.

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to, because my dad and I went to wicks for a third time today and the service was amazing. Joe delt with us and he was really helpful, patient and professional and he help us arrange free delivery as we didn't realise how much we needed. All the staff at this store are always helpful and polite, but Joe's customer service is exceptional. We would highly recommend and be returning.

Got the ball rolling straight away for my new kitchen. I was booked in straight away and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to my kitchen arriving
