DB Wider Fit Shoes Avis 

The shoes I got were delivered on time but they chafed so bad on my right foot, they drew blood the first time I wore them. However, Wider Fit Shoes were good enough to give me a refund.

Ordered from them the 5th of August. Other than the welcome email and order confirmation, I have received zero communication. They took payment, but I never got a shipping notification. I woke up this morning to find the money from the purchase had been refunded. Still no indication of what happened or why. I won’t be trying again though.

i got shoes and that got turn very fast and folty and thay didn't bother sending me eny refund or sorry and i know that eny one that get shoes from them just gets once and dose not go back rubbish q

I did have some issues regarding returns of an item . However, after just one hour of submitting my review, I received back a reply from SportsShoes.com and offer for payment of postage I lost. Now that's what I call resolving an issue. Thank you all.

Fantastic website for quality wider fitting shoes.

Due to recent health conditions I now have lymphedema (swelling) of the feet and legs. None of my shoes and boots fit anymore so I started looking for wider fitting shoes. I did order shoes from various places that stated that they were wider fit, but they didn't fit me.  I also looked at a website for people that have lymphedema but the styles of the shoes were more for an older person. I am only 45. 

Then I found Wider Fit Shoes website. WOW! I opened up the online catalogue and my first thought was that there was such a lot of choice in shoes, pumps, trainers, boots & more. There was a section that explained how to measure your feet to get the correct size. It was very easy to follow.

My first order was a pair of trainers, a pair of sandals & a pair of shoes. It was easy to place an order online and check out. Delivery was quick and the packaging was securely wrapped. The quality was good and they were a perfect fit so I kept all of them.

My second order was 2 pairs of shoes in different colours for choice. Again they were both lovely so I kept them both. Very happy with them. 

I would recommend Wider Fit Shoes. A ctalogue came with the shoes so I took one to my doctors surgery and one to my dentist and I put them with the magazine's.

I will definitely be ordering from Wider Fit Shoes in the future and I look forward to seeing their next catalogue

I was so depressed by having to wear the ancient great-grandma styling of the one UK company recommended for lymphoedema, that I tried a formal office trouser shoe from Wider Fit which looked, praise be, normal: then never looked back.

Their range has increased over the years and now includes - apart from some styles with fabric inserts to accommodate swelling - pretty summer sandals and pumps; court shoes fit for dancing or mother-of-the-bride; ankle and calf boots; modern activewear laced casuals, now including zips. In each category you can find at least one style (and often a number) made in the widest fitting of 8E, which is a novel experience.

The DB Wider Fit paper catalogue (and website) have always been very clear with comprehensive fitting information. I have always found both despatch of goods and refunds to be promptly handled, and on the number of occasions I've had to ring up for one reason or another, the customer service to be personal and humane as well as efficient. I look forward to each season catalogue for the latest ideas.
