The tech support people are totally incompetent, The g games aren't designed to work. They are designed to sell. Wild Tangent people are common thieves.
Customer service doesn't exist
My progress won't save and just disappears and I have to start all over. I messaged customer service and never heard from them. Don't waste your time or money with this company. I don't want a refund. I just want the game to work right.

I bought a game last week ( Road Trip USA ) that freezes every time I play it. I have sent 4 emails to their so called customer service to get a refund and haven't heard anything from anyone! You only get 7 days to get a refund, but they won't respond!!! Not only that, there isn't a phone number to talk to anyone. How is this legal? How are they in business?? So PLEASE don't do any business with this rip off company called Wild Tangent Games. They suck!!

Ich habe ein Game mit Lizenzschlüssel gekauft.
Es war nicht möglich das Spiel zu starten. Habe alle Anweiseungen bezüglich Updates und Grafikkartentreiberupdates, Neuinstallation etc. genau befolgt - ohne Erfolg.
Das Game ist nicht abspielbar. Es kommt immer wieder die Meldung, dass das Spiel läuft ....
Aber ich sehe kein Spiel auf meinem Bildschirm.
Ich habe aus Fairnessgründen vorgeschlagen, dass ich das Spiel umtauschen oder eine Gutschrift bekomme, aber ohne Reaktion von Wildtangent.
Ich habe bereits mehrere Spiele über diesen Händler gekauft. Aber das war das Letzte - in jeder Hinsicht.
Kundenservice nicht genügend. Nicht wirklich kundenorientiert. Geld steht an 1. Stelle.

Worst Help Center Ever
I have been a member for 11 years. I received a notice stating that my WildCoins would expire. Upon logging in, I was offered an option to use my WildCoins for a 12 month Wild Member subscription. I accepted the offer. The same day I received an email stating that I would start being charged $7.99 a month for the membership starting the following month. I entered a ticket with their support center to make sure I would not be charged. The ticket asked for the account email address and the email address I was emailing from. I supplied that information and was told I had to use the email address the account was under. I responded to the email with the account email address so it would come from the correct source and still NO assistance. I even forwarded the email I received from them regarding the billing and they still would not assist. Worst help center support ever. I did everything they requested and still did not get an answer. This time I changed my account email and then entered a brand new ticket just with that email. Maybe they will figure it out now. Why do I have to jump through 20 hoops, do as I was told and still receive comments that it isn't good enough? I am about ready to cancel my membership entirely. This is ridiculous.

When contacting customer service they start making up lies about why the game is not on my account.
I had a friend buy the game for me (as a gift).
Now they claim that i did never activate the game, but that my friend did activate it multible times (how is that even possible?)
I do remember getting the game and playing it so that is a straight up lie, I also talked with my friend and the game have never had hes interest.

If the options on how to rent/purchase/monthly fee games seem confusing, that is because they are deliberately! The monthly fee only covers the lousy games and they bilk you into buying the better games. The game "rental" is a carefully constructed scam because who actually will play a game for more than a 1-2 hours in a day? Or will actually finish a long game in 2 days? Retirees, I guess. Too bad, really, some of the games are pretty fun but I am through paying through the nose....

I have been with wildtangent Games for several years. I used to love the access to all the games they had on websight. The new layout is great but now with the new changes I pay $7.99 a month to have access to pay for games at a lower rate? You can rent a game for 4 hours but you have to play continuously for that 4 hours or you lose your time. Or play the unlimited play games you have access to which are obviously the games that dont make them any money. This is a rip off. It makes me super sad because I have been such a loyal customer for over 9 years. Unfortunatly I will not be purchasing any more games from them.

Never buy a game from them, they will steal your money! So just a few days ago, I decided to buy an old game from them that I had played in my youth. Cost me 14 dollars for two games and I played it for a few hours, left and went to bed. The next morning, I go on to play it, and it said my rental was over and that I would have to join their subscription in order to continue playing the game I already paid for! So yeah, they used to be good back in the day, but now they are nothing but scam artists.

I have been a member for at least 7 years. I have been trying to get my password reset since Nov 3, I write everyday asking for help. I have received advice but no help. I have tried everything. I just need to reset password. I receive their email stating my support#. So how come I can't get email with the temporary password so I can use my over 299 wild coins. Again since No 3. Never had a problem in the pass years.

Ganz schlechter Kundenservice unterirdische Sicherheit
Grundsätzlich macht es Spaß über wildtangent alle möglichen Spiele unbegrenzt lange in bis zu 4 kostenlosen Sitzungen zu testen. Auch das wildcoin-System gefällt mir echt gut.
Leider ist die Spieleumgebung sehr Fehleranfällig. So muss man z.B. Spiele manchmal mehrmals laden, was dazu führt, dass auch die eingesetzten Münzen verloren sind. Mir sind auch schon - wenn auch wenige- wildcoins auf nicht nachvollziehbare Weise abhanden kommen. Nun wollte ich mein Passwort ändern. Das ging trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht.
Sowohl wegen des mehrfachen Bezahlen-Müssens und wegen der Passwortänderungsprobleme habe ich mich an den Support gewandt, der mich ganz offensichtlich nicht verstehen (konnte oder) wollte. Weder das eine noch das andere Problem wurde aus der Welt geschafft. Noch schlimmer: Wegen des Passwortes setzte man mein altes Passwort zurück und gab mir ein neues Passwort, dass ich dann ändern sollte, was dann wiederum nicht ging. Also waren nun meine Kundendaten (Kreditkarte, Adresse) noch ungeschützter als vorher. Deshalb habe ich sofort meine Kreditkartendaten aus dem System gelöscht (was glücklicherweise funktionierte) und darum gebeten, mir die wildcoins (Gegenwert ca. 12€) zurück zu erstatten und das Konto zu löschen, damit ich einfach ein neues Konto mit neuem Kennwort einrichten könnte. Auf diesen Wunsch ist man einfach nicht eingegangen, sondern hat mir immer wieder neue und jeweils komplizierter werdende Lösungsvorschläge, die völlig am Thema vorbei gingen, geschickt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Grenzt an vorsätzlichen Betrug.
