Will i am Plumbing & Heating Ltd Avis

Quick response; good communication; flexible approach.

Reliable, courteous, knowledgable, friendly, capable. Top man and would definitely recommend him.

Brilliant. Fast. Efficient. Recommended.

This is the second time I have used Will i am's services. Joe and Ismail were very professional, friendly, arrived on time and left the room very tidy after completing their work. The float valve needed replacing and there was a problem with the overflow so they also changed the siphon. They did a fantastic job and no more noise from the toilet! Success! Highly recommend!

From quote to completion, William and his team provided an efficient service and good value for money. The engineers worked hard to fit a new boiler in one day. William was very knowledgeable and made himself very available to respond to any queries and questions I had.

Very satisfied with the service I received from Will i am Plumbing & Heating. A very professional company.

Excellent service from Wiil-I-am. Fast and efficient and extremely polite. Not a speck of dust after they'd left either!

Had a problem with my kitchen tap - I send a photo to William. Joe and Ollie came, sorted the tap out and left no mess. They also had a quick look at my stiff toilet flush - which I hadn't mentioned when I made the "tap" appointment - and helped with that as well.
They're all very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't use any other plumbers and would definitely recommend them.

He came round and did the job in less time than he said it would take while also giving us some good advice. Everything is now fixed and working

No nonsense, does the job he says he'll do for the price he said he'd do it for. Well keep his number for next time I need any plumbing work.

I have used William plumbing many times and always found them to be quick, efficient, and professional. On this occasion, we had a plumbing problem at 9 pm and they were able to fit me in at 9 am the following morning. Excellent service!

Came in an emergency to clean up a mess left by a different plumber. Did a fantastic job, getting to the bottom of the problem (a leaking valve in our cold water tank) immediately and doing a repair on the spot. Totally friendly, professional and competent. Top quality.

William and his team were very professional and helpful. His responses were always quick, discussing the issue/ answering all our questions thoroughly through emails first which has been super helpful! His quote and team’s reports were clear and comprehensive. Very good experiences through a few plumbing work- from initial contact through the first visit to diagnose the problems then sourcing parts/materials for us -and currently arranging further works. So happy to find a reliable plumbing company, thank you Will-I-Am! Highly recommended to anyone!

I find that Will is an amazing guy and so his team.

Great communication, great service and would highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely use Will I Am Plumbing & Heating in the future, if I need to.

Really happy with prompt and friendly service I received from this company. I had no hot water, messaged company had a swift call back and boiler problem talked through on phone. No unnecessary wait or call out fees. Will definitely recommend and use company again.

I am very satisfied with this firm. I had a speedy response to my initial query regarding a slow leak from below my boiler and a prompt appointment. Paul rang me at 7.40 to say he would be with me at 8.00 which he was. He was wearing a mask and kept his distance. He identified that I needed a new reducer and was gone for 15 minutes to get one. It was replaced and he explained the issue.

I am really happy with will I am and will certainly use them again when the need arises.

Joe was very quick, efficient and polite. Great job replacing the leaking pipe he had identified previously and which I knew was a problem. He showed me the finished work and the working pressure which was now at the right pressure.
I would recommend Joe to anyone.

We needed to replace an electric shower. From the time of my first contact to the work being completed, everything was done in a most speedy and efficient manner. Very satisfied!
