Wilton Avis 

I ordered catering for 20 people, and what I received was nowhere near enough food. It was embarrassing and frustrating. When I called to let them know, I was told to call next week because they couldn’t help me at that time. Really?

Despite knowing I was unhappy, no one followed up with me. Not even a simple call or email to ask what went wrong or if they could fix it. They made me pay everything upfront, and once they had my money, it was like they disappeared.

When I called again to express my concerns, the manager was unbelievably rude. She kept interrupting me, wouldn’t let me finish a single sentence, and made it very clear she didn’t care what I had to say. No apology, no accountability—just attitude.

Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. I will absolutely never use this catering service again, and I would not recommend them to anyone who values basic customer service or professionalism.

Wow, Wilton promptly replaced a decorator part and even sent two of them. It was sent express mail. The customer service was amazing.

Flounes I bought 20 flounces yesterday they cost me 110. Pounds and they were absolutely terrible they were not fresh at all and no taste I ramg up to ask what the problem with them was and was advised they were cooked fresh on the day I’m sorry I know about baking and they were pre frozen would not recommend Anne

Michelle there "customer care specialist" was very abrupt and boarder like rude for asking to see if they have something in stock. Sorry I asked her to do her job. I won't be a customer of there's anymore.

After driving from Nadapuram to experience their food, your electric car’s battery drained. Despite asking for help to charge your car and reaching the nearest fast charging spot, the restaurant staff provided wrong and misleading information, refusing access to their plug point. This led to calling Roadside Assistance for help,

It should be zero stars....what a useless, annoying, dumbass excuse for any of the Wilton online connections with customer help, info or anything else. I won't be referring or buying anything Wilton again: bogus websites, bogus promises of help, bogus bragging about how great your service is. I tried 5 diff sites with Wilton promise of hooking up customer support: busy signal...every bloody one. Disgusted.

the fence panels are terribly rough. mould. Even worse than those wooden card board in supermarket. Color is totally different from the pic shown in website.

Will never buy Wilton brand again. They give the wrong dimensions on their website, with no disclosure (a simple "these are inner, not outer measurements"for example), and let the customer buy the wrong item based on that false information, so the customer pays for shipping both ways, having wasted their time on the wrong item! Garbage.

I fell in love with Wilton products when I started decorating cakes years ago and I really cannot recommend them high enough. The only thing that I would not recommend is the chocolate morsels for candy and the fondant. I think you can get better for cheaper by making your own from scratch.

However, the decorating tools are the best and you may pay more but they last forever and they are well worth the money. Especially the pans. You just can't go wrong with Wilton.
