Very poor service

We agreed a price for 3 year contract. Which did not include maintenance. They tried to charge for maintenance. We told then about this but they still tried to take the money from our bank account. They never issued a credit note. But demanded the money that was not owed.
They agreed to do the wiring. Then they said they did not. Then they said they had agreed to it. They then said they had agreed to it. We sent them the proof of the agreement for wiring. They did not respond.
They said the system would go live on the 12/05/26. No one turned up to install the system. But the sales person did contact us & ask if all was well with the new system. Despite the system not been installed,

AVOID THIS COMPANY - we are having an extended very bad experience

Windsor Telecom took over our previous supplier. Our contract was due to end in October 2025. We served the requisite notice of termination in July 2025. After the contract had finished we noticed that Windsor had continued to take direct debits from our bank account without our authority. We removed the direct debit mandate and at the end of 2025 wrote to them asking for a refund. After writing to them numerous times and receiving various assurances we are still awaiting our refund of over £700, some 5 months after our contract terminated. What should have been a simple exercise has caused us considerable additional work and unnecessary stress. Our advice - AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are great at taking your money but good luck if you want to release yourselves from their clutches.

Great customer service team, speaking with a real person!

I spoke with Sally at Windsor Telecom, who was helping me to set-up and understand my new business phone account. She was absolutely brilliant; very patient, knowledgable and gave me a full guided tour of the site, including offering some tips on what to not do and how to use the mobile phone app!

Megan and Tierney Made Our CRM Integration Effortless

We’ve had a really great experience with Windsor Telecoms, especially during our CRM integration journey.

A huge shout-out to Megan and Tierney — they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Both were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us integrate our CRM with Zoho, ensuring everything worked exactly as we needed it to.

They didn’t just stop at the basics; they supported us all the way through onboarding all the required add-ons, explained the options clearly, and made sure the setup aligned with our business workflows. Communication was smooth throughout, and they were always quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed adjustments.

What really stood out was how hands-on and supportive they were — it felt less like dealing with a telecom provider and more like working with a trusted extension of our own team.

Highly recommend Windsor Telecoms, and especially Megan and Tierney, for any business looking for reliable telecom solutions with excellent customer support and seamless CRM integrations.

Paul at Windsor has already been a big…

Paul at Windsor has already been a big help to our business and getting things escalated and prioritised. Megan Tyler has also been extremely helpful with any provisioning queries that I have had with our mobile estate too.

Great Service from WT

We have been using Windsor Telecom's services for a number of years now, they are always prompt to resolve any requests/issues and their support team will communicate and update you efficiently with a great level of knowledge.

We have been lucky enough to have worked with Ed and Lucy for the past couple of years. They have always ensured they fully understand what we need and have offered alternative solutions where appropriate.

We would highly recommend Windsor Solutions for great service!

Lucy is incredibly helpful and professional, and Greg is always efficient, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues. Both are very friendly, approachable, and always go the extra mile. Windsor Telecom - Great Service Made Simple

Windsor Telecom have been our telecoms supplier for many years. They provide a wide range of solutions and have always been able to adapt to our changing requirements. We have recently changed our set-up with Windsor Telecom and the process was fast and very simple - from the initial phone call to go-live within 48 hours. A big thank you to Paul Mossop (Account Director) for all his help!

Windsor took over our existing company…

Windsor took over our existing company last year, they convinced us to stay with them saying how wonderful their new system was - so far it isn't. Getting hold of a tech person takes too long to sort out initial issues.... the phone system has recorded messages of other customer reviews saying how great they are - this is not the case in our experience so far.

Easy to join, difficult to leave!

I signed up with a one-month cancellation period, which was clearly stated at the time. I was never made aware of a new three-month cancellation term and certainly didn’t agree to it. Only when I tried to cancel was I told about this longer notice period.
I would urge anyone considering this service to go somehwere else!

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the cancellation period and I know our team has already been in touch to discuss this with you directly with you. We take a pride in being straightforward to deal with, offering a mix of flexible terms with clear 1/2/3 year agreements with no autorenewals or other pesky lock ins. However, you're right in saying sometimes differing technology partners mean we do on occasions now need 90 days notice for cancellation of some businesses services.
