We have recently switched to the Xelion system, provided by Windsor telecom. Meg from the provisioning team has been super responsive, organised, and professional before the switch and on the day of the switch. It's always an anxious time, switching systems, but with Meg's assistance I knew we were in good hands, and it has gone really smoothly. What a pleasure!

We have recently been working with Michaela at Windsor Telecom due to us looking for a new mobile phone and VOIP telecoms provider. We had received horrendous service from BT cloud so was looking for a reliable attentive supplier.

We had a great experience with Windsor Telecom, our new phone system was deployed without any issues. Shoutout to Tierney who was a communicative and collaborative account manager throughout, we really appreciated her help.

The support engineers are extremely helpful and responsive, I can speak to them direct over the phone or via email. I never have to wait on a ticket to go through a helpdesk system, support is instant and convenient. They respond very quickly and usually fix problems in the background rather than giving me instructions and asking me to do it myself. They have produced solutions that I didn't think were even possible and I massively appreciate their support. They even found solutions within current systems to save the need for additional software costs, getting the most functionality out of the systems we already have.

Windsor has been a great solution for us a does exactly what we want. Inbound and Outbound calls with out the box reporting for us to utilise. Lorraine is a great account manager and is always on the end of the phone when needed to help resolve any issues (not that there is many!)
