Wing Mirror Man Avis 

Ordered a mirror two weeks ago paid for next day delivery, didn't receive a tracking number, contacted them only to be told it would be 5 or 6 days, couldn't wait cancelled order and found one on Ebay at a third the price including postage witch arrived the next day spen two weeks trying to get a refund. Eventually got through on the phone and got them to issue refund,they were very aggressive and clearly didn't want to pay it I would not deal with this company

I don't know where to start! This company is the most unprofessional set up I have ever come across.
I placed my order on 24th Jan! 14 phone calls later !! I received my refund on 24th April. Hang in there and keep ringing.
I feel sorry for the staff who have to answer the phone, some of them are really nice and others are downright nasty!
They took my order even though the item wasn't even in stock, when I found this out I cancelled the order. 3 weeks later they sent the item anyway! I then had to return and then it took 2 months to receive a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs! I placed an order almost 4 months ago and have been fobbed off from the very start. The product stated that it was in stock online however after over 2 months of not receiving it and several telephone calls of being fobbed off with different excuses, we were eventually informed that it was not in stock. We continued to keep waiting but as the time frames that were advised was once again exceeded we made the decision to cancel the order and purchase from elsewhere. We are still waiting for the refund over a month later and can see from other reviews that it is highly unlikely that we will receive this particularly when we were advised 3 days. The company just take your money and have no intention of providing the product. SCAMMERS.......SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY TO AVOID THIS HAPPENING TO MORE AND .ORE PEOPLE!!

Ordered a part and it was incorrect, which was my fault. But the returns process is not easy. I had to make contact three times before I worked out you had to set up an account and then make a request to return the item, I also had to take a lot of photos. It has been over a month and I still don't have my refund even though they have the part back

I have to agree with other potential customers. Our wing mirror arrived with a piece of bubble wrap stuffed in a small lump, providing no protection whatsoever ever, strangely, the mirror itself was not broken but the whole fixing bracket was snapped in half. They agreed a refund but 15days later we're still waiting and have now started a claim through our credit card company...thank goodness we used a credit card. TERRIBLE COMPANY...Do Not Buy From Them

Absolute shambles of a company. They are very eager to sell you the wrong spec wing mirror and then to tell you it's wrong and tell you it's going to cost hundreds more. Upon canceling the order in good time and a cancellation email received, to tell me my refund was due in 3-5 working days. No refund was given! I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Amazing service! My car was hit by a passing car on Saturday, after seeing the video, I was contacted by Jay, and by Sunday he had come out to my home and fixed my wing mirror for me. He was friendly, efficient and it was an amazing price. Thanks again for coming out on Easter Sunday to help. Would highly recommend this business!!

Sub-standard products. Extremely bad communication. Getting a refund after returning item is an extreme sport, had to chargeback with my bank. Buyers beware.

Dishonest & cunning,kept me holding on with false promises of delivery .
Initial excuses seemed plausible , eg no stock , awaiting spare part . In reality after over 5 months they had my money and only recourse was to MBNA who refunded immediately.
Sales "Dept" Josh and David field the "delays" and Josh Speed the "Higher level" enquiries .
The owner appears as Steven Speed of 66, Moyse Ave,Walshaw, Bury Lancs.
A very stressful and disappointing outcome .
I eventually bought a replacement elsewhere.
In short do not trust this unfortunate bunch.

I made my order in December 2024 with the understanding from the website that the wing mirror would take 3-4 days delivery as it was in stock. After 3 weeks of waiting I phoned their ‘expert customer service’ and they told me they don’t know when it will arrive. After 6 weeks of waiting I filled out the cancellation form (I’ve never done that before, anywhere) thinking I would get a refund.
I bought a new wing mirror from eBay and it arrived in 3 days, no problem.
One month goes by.
24th March guess what the wing mirror arrived; their cancellation system obviously is total bollocks, no one saw the online form. They had no intension of giving me a refund. Now they wanted the wing mirror back before ‘refund’. They received the mirror but guess what, no sign of a refund. I must have phoned at leased 20 times over the 4 months and they did nothing, I spoke to a young lad who was nice but utterly useless. One time I spoke to someone who was unbelievably rude and quite aggressive to me. They simply could not understand that I had done nothing wrong, I gave them money for a product that did not arrive in the agreed time. They had no understanding of consumer rights and advertisement law.
The only way I eventually got a refund was to actually go their rundown industrial estate building as I had a job quite close to Bury. I’m telling you it was rough not hi-tech at all. They had me waiting 40 minutes and eventually gave me a promise of a refund and 3 days later I couldn’t believe it, I got my money back.
All this while I’m dealing with my wife who has a brain tumour, so many hospital appointments. Life is so busy I could have done without this agro over a flipping wing mirror. Like I said some companies don’t deserve to be in business an this is one of them.

ADVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CORRUPT SCAMMERS.

Ordered in Nov24 from stock, only to be told item not available. Order cancelled in Jan25 and still no refund now in Apr25.
Now pursuing refund through credit card company.

sold me a 24 hrs delivery that wasn't actually 24hr its actually 1-3 business days. contacted customer services twice and had no reply however i did get an automated response on each with a statement which i was supposed to understand. spoke to the chat and basically was told its all your fault and what is the problem. would NOT go near them again

Liars. Con artists. Ordered in February from "stock" and told there was a delay. Cancelled after 2 weeks and still no refund. Luckily I paid on a credit card so I'll be protected.

Avoid.
1) "usually arrives within one business day" get it a month later.
2) Paid for it to be painted silver. Open up the box. White. Refund? No chance.

Dishonest company and should be investigated by trading standards. 4 weeks since order that was stated as in stock. Money taken at time of order. Advised 5 day lead time. I chased after two weeks as no contact to be told a further 1 week to 19 days. I have chased today after 2 further weeks to be told another delay of 4 weeks. Not in applying for a refund it states you will deduct a fee of 6.4% on my refund (a refund that if you acknowledge my request will take 10 days to process!) Unacceptable business tactics. How are you still in business?

A warning to anyone who might be thinking of purchasing from this company! AVOID at all costs. They were so helpful and friendly when taking my money but as soon as I needed to return an item things changed. Their after sales support has been atrocious!!! So far I’ve made 14 phone calls, 4 emails and received excuse after excuse after excuse! STILL awaiting refund 2 months after starting the returns process!

One star is too much. Horrendous is all I can say. If you use this company be warned.

I ordered a wing mirror on 13/01/25 required for BMW MOT in Mar 25. After a month and no delivery they could not give me a delivery date, I cancelled my order and completed a refund form. I was told by customer services 3 times that it was being progressed but fobbed off every time. They said they had contacted finance but silence is deafening. Totally unreliable service they take your money quickly, do not deliver on time and hang on to your money. Use at your peril. Wg Cdr RAF

Should have read the reviews before dealing with this company. Ignored emails, online chats, boy taking the calls had no customer service skills, talks over you, raises voice, doesn’t listen to understand or resolve issues, listens to dismiss, shut down, invalidate and refuse returns and refunds.
Please beware and look somewhere else, it’s not worth it.
