Very professional organisation. Thank you to Karen for outstanding communication through the whole process and Connor for all the survey work. Dale, our technician, was as good a tradesman as we've seen. Friendly, helpful and carried out the job perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to use Wise Property Care again.

From the Surveyor Angus at the start to Jay the Technician and Martin the plasterer, the problem was identified and dealt with. They were all great to deal with and did a super job. There was a slight hiccup on first day of job due to staff illness, but Karen pulled out the stops to make sure it happened on time. The room was left clean and tidy and there was a follow up call to make sure it all went well. Highly recommend Wise.

They are far better than any other company. We phone loads of companies and nobody came. Wise came and told us what was wrong, and came back the following week to repair the property.

It took several weeks from the initial contact until the re-inspection took place. However, Kevin Rowe, the surveyor, having called the day before the visit arrived on time. He provided advice on how to resolve the issue which has been taken on board and suggested how to prevent the issue arising in the future.

I had used this company in the past, had a great service and excellent advice from their surveyor Willie at time of survey and the work when the damp was treated was excellent. Their team did a great job and cleaned up well. I have now used them a second time to survey my mother's property.

Have just had my loft treated for a woodworm infestation. Wise Group were one of only 2 that responded to my search for a contractor. The surveyor (Andrew) was out within a few days and quickly diagnosed what was required. The treatment was actioned within a week and the operator, Kev was excellent. He arrived on site early and explained in great detail what he would be doing. The whole process took around 2 hours with a quite a noisy pump but we were far enough away in the house for us not to bother us. Kev was very polite, efficient at his task an left almost no trace of his presence. The pricing was not the cheapest I'm sure, but we wanted peace of mind that the problem was dealt with, and with the inclusion a 20-year guarantee, I would recommend Wise Group for this treatment.

All necessary work was carried out efficiently by the joiner and insulation team. Office staff were up-to-date with the next stage of the repairs.

Feel I need to write a review about the energy crisis team within the The Wise Group especially Paul McGoven from the glasgow team who has helped me and my son immensely during the past few weeks. life really has been easier not stressing about being warm or having a warm shower x thanks guys 🥰

Total efficiency.
Workmen electrician, plasterer and most of all Willie who could make a career as a cleaner having cleaned up all the mess. They were all punctual efficient and considerate.

First class service from Grant. He phoned to let us know exactly when he would arrive & then clearly explained the procedure. Immaculate from start to finish & very unobtrusive & efficient. Grant himself has a great mannerism & very smart appearance, can highly recommend him

The work was carried out professionally without little to no clean up afterwards. The quote/cost of £2300 I felt was very expensive for covering around just over half a wall with membrane and plaster. The company however did remove the additional cost of £210 for the survey.

These guys really know what they are doing. From survey to admin they are top notch.
