Ross Davidson carried out a survey on a property for my mortgage application. He was able to do the survey within a couple of days and did everything he could to ensure that the report was received in time.
He was extremely thorough, diligent and friendly.

Timber Preservation works
I have dealt with Ross and Grant many times over the years, always professional and helpful. they would always be my first choice for preservation treatment and replacements where necessary.
Natasha has been pleasant to deal with and very helpful in organising the job at hand, I look forward to deal with Natasha again.

Great support and knowledge shown by Mark who assisted us throughout the whole process of having woodworm treated. Grant who did the spraying was courteous and helpful. The office staff made the whole process easy and efficient.

When selling our property, the Home Report revealed the presence of some woodworm in the eaves. There had been a problem with woodworm almost 20 years before (in December 2002) when we bought our house. Wise treated it then and gave us their guarantee. With no great expectations, I contacted them in late November 2022. I paid £195 for their surveyor to come out and check that the infestation fell within their guarantee. It did! The remedial work was then carried out in weeks at a convenient time. The men who did the work were efficient and pleasant. The £195 was refunded back to me. I would also like to thank Derek Mcleod for the professional way he dealt with me. This is an impressive company.

Required the loft to be treated for wood worm. Jay arrived on time, explained the process and proceeded to carry out the work as described. Jay was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, everyone I have dealt with (Wullie, Natasha and Jay) has been superb.

Grant visited my place and he explained what he will be doing . And it was quite informative most of all he was on time . Carried out the work very neatly.

We were very impressed with Grant, the joiner’s work. He was very efficient and a tidy worker. Also the plasterer, a young Polish chap (we didn’t get his name) but like Grant very efficient and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending your firm to others.

Work had been carried out on my property before I bought the house. Dampness returned within the warranty period so I contacted them to ask if they would come out and advise. First, I had to pay £48 to resign guarantee over to me, nothing else was mentioned. I duly did this then received another email advising that inspection would be £195 and if I couldnt provide the survey report, survey sketch plan and quotation to confirm type and value of treatment, they could find all this for £48. So in all £291 to be paid before we even start! I wrote asking for my transfer of warranty fee to be returned as I wasnt advised of all the extra costs at the start and received a reply saying as warranty had been resigned and I have a copy (albeit I have to download and print it myself) a refund wasn't possible. I have no faith in this company and urge others, if they wish to use them to tread carefully.

Efficient, professional service from the assessor, Kieran to the technician Kev. Kev turned up on time, answered my questions, proceeded with work in a clean and tidy manner and gave clear instructions on waiting times before restoring room back for use.

Very helpful surveyor, and then Wise was admirably flexible, responding and doing the necessary treatment quickly when we discovered that we couldn't get another firm that had given us a warranty to honour it.

Bryan Donnan and his team were excellent, carried out all work required very professional,clean, tidy, considerate well mannered also the time they said the job would take was exact making it as accommodating for me as they possibly could , thanks to Bryan Donnan and all his hard working team.

All workmen arrived on time. They were smart and tidy with their tasks. Any questions were answered re timings and what was going on. The work was done in a timely manner and they were very helpful.

Everything went as planned, job completed early and to a high standard by a friendly and helpful team. Superb.

This is the second time I have used wyse property care and on both occasions have found their service excellent from start to finish. Job was finished within agreed timescales an to a high standard
