Woman Within clothing is very good... Just NEVER Get their credit card... the Accounting department is a complete nightmare. I returned 2 items.
They are refusing to deduct it from my credit card balance.
Blame has been shifted back and forth between Comenity Bank and Womam Within accounting department.
In the mean time I am being totally screwed for this $55.00 Credit.
This is disgusting and I have spent hours on the phone with them to no resolve.

Sizing of the 7-Day Straight-Leg Elastic-Waist Stretchy Knit Pant is very erratic. Fit on first order was ok except one of the pairs was longer than the other (ordered same size for each). Both pairs in second order ordered same size, they weren't even close; one was too small and one was too large/long. BEWARE - Refund policy is ONLY for a store credit; otherwise a customer only gets 1/2 of purchase price back.

This company charges a processing fee of $11. I made 2 returns for a total purchase price of $24. I received $6.51 after $11 each of processing fee. When I went to Customer Service they told me that the merchant sets that processing return fee. The cost for the return is never mentioned, but they tell you free returns if you get a gift card. I mistakenly ordered from this company, not realizing it serves larger women. The clothes were much too big. I won’t make this mistake again.

I bought one pair of jeans on sale for $20. The note in the catalog says returns are easy and simple - it turns out that they try to mislead you by giving only the address, hoping that you will ship them back at your expense. When I talked to customer service I was told I could either get a gift card or return to original means of payment; turns out that if you ask for original means of payment they charge you $10+ and they do not refund shipping charges. That is more than 50% of the cost of the jeans. Outrageous. Should have looked here first.

2nd time I ordered from amazon for their pants and never got but marked as deliveted!!! I ordered on amazon not thinking it was 3rd party. They have many reports of not deliveted. With complaints it seems they dont care they take money and dont deliver!

I purchased a bathing suit several months ago. Wore it once and hand washed it. After it dried I noticed a large rip in the upper chest. I contacted them and was told since I wore it there was nothing they could do for me. I asked if it was OK that the poor quality of the material did not withstand 1 use and hand wash and they did not think that was an issue. I was a SWIM 365 brand they carry.
Sizing was a little large but I would tolerate that. The quality of the material is horrible. I have suits from Walmart I have used for years that still look better than the brand new suit from SWIN 365 /Woman Within.
Customer service was terrible. All she did was read from a script. Every time I asked a question she read the EXACT SAME line. Always starting the sentence with my first name. " Well miss Jane" we are etc Spoke very quickly and had a heavy accent. Very hard to understand.
NEVER spend any money with this company.

If I could give this company NO STARS I would! I ordered a pair of shoes from them, took their advice from measurements on what size to order, placed the order which was delayed several days, could not find out anything from the tracking # they sent. Then, when I did get them, too SMALL! Now I am involved with the gong show of trying to get a refund/return. I get emails from Several companies, including one called Global-E that shows up as the deivery company. Sent me a link which does not work that would allow me to set up the refund. One of the companies involved sent me a link to get AN EXCHANE only! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or any of the several others involved.

I like the company and the variety of clothing but there is always a loophole you are not told about. I made a purchase a couple of months ago on my Woman Within credit card and I choice to go paperless. They are not like other businesses that when you choose paperless they will either send you an email or text message saying your statement is ready. Well, when I signed in to see what I needed to pay they had charged me late fees twice. Now I know it’s my responsibility but why don’t they reach out to the people that keep them in business? Once I pay my balance I am closing my account with them.

Poor Fit - Outrageous return price
Nothing in this order fit. Pants too small, shirts fit like tents. Very inconsistent. Price to return is actually more than the actual shipping cost. There is not transparency regarding the cost to actually get your money back. One and done :(

I order two pairs of feather line pull on jeans size 22 woman which was listed for 19.99. I was the charged 27.49. They would not credit the difference to my credit card. I didn't want too return the jeans. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THESE COMPANIES!! Buyer beware.

They sell overpriced junk. Bought two dresses which zipped up the front, both zippers split and broke within a few wearings. The worst quality I have experienced in a long time, not worth any time or money. So many other better choices than this junk store.

I have ordered from this company several times. In each case, my orders were delivered, but shipping was consistently delayed.

With my most recent order, it has now been 11 days since I placed it and I have not received any tracking information. I contacted customer service and was told to wait an additional 5 days before they would investigate.

At this point, the issue is not just a single delay, but a repeated pattern of slow fulfillment and limited communication. For customers who expect timely shipping or basic tracking updates, this may be frustrating.

Based on my experience, it may be worth considering other companies that provide more reliable shipping timelines and clearer communication.

The fabric for a pair of jeans was scratchy so I tried to return them but they only take returns via happy returns and I don’t have access to that. When I asked for a return lab to send the item back the said they only take returns through happy returns. Beware!

I ordered a bathing suit from them. What I received was a totally different item. I returned it as instructed and did not want to re-order it again so I requested my money back. They credited by bank account with the purchase price of the bathing suit and told me they don't refund shipping and handling back. I explained to them that the return was because they sent me the wrong item and that i had no problem paying shipping and handling if they had sent the correct item in the first place. They keep telling me they will send a memo to someone regarding this issue. Once they told they were issuing me a $ amt that wasn't even what I paid for shipping and handling. Today they told me they issued a gift card in my woman within acct for a different amt (that does not total what i paid in shipping and handling). I told them i wanted the credit back to the acct i paid for the order with. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. They tell you lies to get you off the phone. They won't let you speak to a manager. Horrible customer service and the lowest level of customer resolution I have ever experienced.

Company states that you can’t return an item if the tags aren’t in tact. The three sweatpants I ordered didn’t even come with tags so I can’t return them even though they don’t fit. Do not purchase from this company unless you’re sure it will fit!!

Fraudulent Company

BEWARE!
#1 Ordered two pair of denim pants, same style, same size. When received, one pair was 4"shorter in length and 2" narrower in pant legs. I called customer service to get return instructions. They sent me via email a return label. I returned the pants immediately, I ordered and paid again for another pair to replace defective ones. They not only would not credit me, for the defective pair, they charged me an additional fee for the return!!!!!!
#2 My second order, was for 2 pair of their "popular" knit pants. When received, I immediately opened and found one pair had actually been WORN and was STAINED! I again called their customer service dept. They again sent a prepaid return label and I sent both pairs back, the same day as received. I have yet to receive a credit. Their customer service dept. told me they were a US company, although no representatives I've spoken to speak clear English.
I had signed up and obtained a Woman Within Credit card account for a special offer. I made a large order with them prior to these previous issues. I still "have not" received the order, however, they did send me a Credit Card bill for the purchase, again, the order has not been received! I will not do further business with this fraudulent company and I will be cancelling their Woman Within Credit card!

HOLY COW!!! WILL NEVER order again!! I have ordered many times and YET again they have charged my card twice!! I had credit card thru them for years and same billing issues!! NOW this!! NEVER again!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I've been attempting to get a refund since January. It's almost March. I literally got into a shouting match with the first CSR. Today, I spoke with a CSR who actually hung up on me. A simple Christmas gift turned into a customer service nightmare (and they have the audacity to charge a $10.99 processing fee for a return). Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE purchasing. Lesson learned...NEVER again. I never give bad reviews but this has to be THEE ABSOLUTE WORST Customer service ever!

So leaves transaction open then they hit the
$50.32 again it’s a scam on most of there stuff

The website stopped working mid order confirmation, funds deducted for 1 failed order, then 2x for actual order placed. Now more than 10 days later, only 1 duplicate processing refunded and original error funds reserved still in processing for refund.
That's a long time and too much money for me to risk another purchase with more errors. Will shop in a local store instead.
Customer service was polite and did explain situation but the end result is still a very long wait to get my funds bank.
