Woman Within practices bait and switch. I paid 24.99 for an Annual program for free shipping. A month later I noticed I was charged 16.95 monthly fee. Reached out to their customer support and was told (quite snarkily) that I signed up for their Rewards program which is different than their Loyalty program. NO I DID NOT!!!

Woman Within did a bait and switch on me. They offered me a 50% discount at checkout, but didn't apply it. I made the purchase using PayPal and when I saw the discount didn't apply, I immediately wrote and told them to cancel my order if they could not apply the discount.
They replied to my email with to "rest assured it will be applied", so I went ahead and wore the clothes when they got here and later could not return them.
After a few weeks, I still did not get the credit, so I sent numerous emails and made several phone calls. I spent $400, thinking that I was only spending $200. Phone support credited me $50, which I said was not acceptable. I finally got someone in management to call me back and they promised to refund an additional $150, but that never happened. I emailed their support on the PayPal site twice and did not get one response.
By the way, their phone service is horrendous, they put you on hold without any indication that you're on hold and you think you're disconnected. It seems to be one of their tactics to avoid providing you recourse. Like giving you a smaller credit than you deserve to make your case worse when you protest to your credit company. I'm about to contact PayPal now. Let's see how a reputable company will deal with me.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS A JOKE!
I purchased several items 11 days ago to wear during surgery recovery and paid almost $40 for expedited shipping. I received 2 items on Day 6 and have not yet received the other 2. Apparently, this company does not include expedited PROCESSING as part of the exorbitant fee!
The rewards program is a scam
The rewards program is a scam. It says get free shipping but it's really $4.99 AFTER the rebate which comes in the form of a gift card that you can only use on future purchases which will then entail additional shipping charges. What a racquet!! I will NEVER by anything again from you. That is why Amazon is winning. They don't try to trick their customers.
This is the worst company I've ever had…
This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I ordered a pair of slacks, they were too big, so I returned them and that whole process was stupid. I wanted the money put back on my card and instead they give you a gift card. Excuse me, but I no longer want to order from them, so I paid $26.97 for the slacks and I just get an email that they'll refund it back to my card, but only going to refund $10.99. WTH! This company is a total scam - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Never, never again
I tried to buy a bra from this company again. Different bra, same problem. They never fit. The straps are too short (yes, i know how to make the straps longer) and the cups are too big. I'm not paying them $10.99 to get rid of their crap.
Company not what it used to be
I believed I was ordering a 2 pc bathing suit however it turns out only the top was on the order for a total of $68.97 of which $14.98 was shipping. I called to return as it wasn’t a complete swimsuit I was told it would cost me $10.99 to return as I wanted the refund on my credit card … not a credit with them. I shopped with this company many times over the years however not in the past few years. I never heard of this so basically I would get a credit to my card of $43 & have given WW $25.97! For shipping a small light weight package …. I will no longer shop with them … good luck to you
Oh & by the way they say in a recording when you call that by shopping with them you agree to terms of conditions found on website (I couldn’t find it nor was I made aware of when placing my order).

if I could give zero stars I would. fbbrands.com corp entity is home of womanwithin.com which has been spamming me with emails ever since I made the mistake of buying an item from them, even though I sent them emails asking them to stop & saying I am not their regular customer (I am 5ft 2in, 107 lbs). Buyer Beware
My complaint is pretty much the same as everyone else's. Poor quality merchandise and inconsistent sizing that results in the need to exchange items and then the unavoidable charges for shipping fees, return fees, and price differences for the exchange that WW claims you won't get charged if you follow certain procedures. Don't be taken in when you call and are told they will be sure you aren't charged because the person who makes the promise when you place your order isn't the one you have to deal with to fix the issue after the fact. Today I got to deal with Maria, probably not her real name, in customer service. She was disrespectful and condescending. I had exchanged an item for size and to avoid additional fees I followed the WW's instructions given to me over the phone which included using their shipping label, shipping by US postal service and including my original packing list indicating the item I wanted in exchange. The result - I was refunded less than my original purchase price for the item, charged $20 more for the new item and had to pay $10.99 shipping fees. Again, the exchange was for the same item different size and this information was noted on the packing slip included with my return. Maria repeatedly questioned my motives for the exchange. Even stating I was lucky they gave me any refund at all. So helpful!!! I'm still not clear on why I got this line of questioning since WW publishes a policy for exchanges and I followed it. After several minutes of Maria continually talking - no breaks for my questions - I decided my time was not worth the aggravation of dealing with her and I told her to close my WW account. Her response was that I had to call credit - but they were only available during certain hours. It was 6:30 PM EST and I was too late. I then called Commenity and told them to close my credit account. The agent's first response was to ask me if I'd like to update any of my personal information - why??? I just told you to close the account!! And, then he tried to dazzle me with the coupon savings, etc and other benefits of being a WW customer. Seriously!!! You can't fix my problem, don't even treat me with the respect of listening to me AND you waste my time describing the crap WW doesn't intend to honor anyway!! This is not the first time I have followed WW instructions to avoid additional charges and still had to pay the $10.99 fees and according to the customer service reps WW is right in doing this even if they are wrong. The first time I thought it was a mix-up. Based on the reviews across all sites, my experience is typical. This used to be a good company but not anymore. Make no mistake - I didn't like the customer service I received today. I don't like being misled in writing or in person, but these employees were treating the customers in accordance with their WW employer policies and values. There are better companies out there to spend your money with. Companies with good merchandise, fair prices, honest dependable return/exchange policies and reputations for treating customers with common respect. That's not Women Within.
I returned all of the pants i order
I ordered four pants size wrong , I returned got credit for the four returned.
I order four more in my correct size, you sent me 6 pairs , 2 in one bag and 4 in another bag , all in the same day . I took them to ups the next day and they returned thur Happy returns. You are saying you didn't get them I have none of your pants , out of all the orders you gave me 59.96 for two pants, I pd 42.00 dollars to the bank so they wouldn't chg me a late fee. I have proof of the returns. I will be sending them in the mail to you. Your chg me all together 208.82, gave credit 59.96, chg me 10.99 ret fee, I pd 42.00 to avoid another fee. You owe me 148.86 and 42.00 late fee.
It went downhill fast! They are a Scam!
I had shopped here for over 10 years...It used to be my go to place but now it is horrible. I ordered 3 of the same size shirts just in different colors. All three of them came in different sizes, one was too big, one to small and they stunk! The return process is almost impossible and the fees are costly. I paid a lot of money to get and return crappy clothes and have nothing to show for it. I also had their credit card and paid it in full only to receive two months worth of interest. I finally have a zero balance and a closed account but they received $60+ extra to do so. Tried contacting customer service and they are rude, robotic and have no desire to truly understand why you are calling. After 10 years I will no longer be a customer. Don't get the card or order from them!

Woman Within (space between the words) and Womanwithin (all one word) are two different companies. Womanwithin is out of China and is a scam company. Email address is heavyism@pxjkutcom (not womanwithincom). Be careful about which company you're reviewing. I ordered clothes from Womanwithin and never received them. Only way to contact these people is email and they don't respond.
Woman Within (womanwithincom), however, is a legitimate company and I love their clothes. They are true to size and have a good return/exchange policy.

I'd give zero stars if possible . I have printouts of chats with cust service reps stating they would honor 40% coupon on my item which wasn't listed as an exclusion in the details. She said in order for her to adjust it I had to submit my order first. she stated for my frustration with 6 reps she'd waive shipping as well as honor the 40 % even though it was not an item that qualified. none of it happened and they wouldn't cancel the order and refund my card. I sent them screenshots of my proof, they didnt care .
I would not recommend ordering from this company .

Ordered three shirts. Received two shirts and a pair of pants I did not order. It will cost me $10.99 to return the pants they sent me by mistake. What a rip off. I won't order from this company again.
