Another visit here to collect a custom piece . I lost a sapphire and thought it was gone forever - it was found again and Wongs worked their magic to transform it into a dual sapphire /diamond ring . I cannot put into words how beautiful this ring is . It’s my 70th birthday soon and what a joy to be able to celebrate with such a unique piece . Wongs have an exceptional service , staff are first class and the experience is so wonderful for the customer . Congratulations Wongs you are amazing !

Wedding band with Ethan
Ethan was excellent, really knowledgable and patient, my engagement ring was bought here so we went back to find a wedding ring to compliment it. We chose the ONE, we were given a bridal box with some lovely gifts and discounts and got to see the workshop where my ring will be finished. Can’t wait to collect it xx

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience with Wongs Jewellers Manchester while choosing and receiving her engagement ring.
We visited on two occasions, and from the first consultation through to collecting the ring, the experience was consistently friendly, professional and relaxed. The team were knowledgeable and helpful, but we never felt any pressure to make a decision. There was plenty of time for us to ask questions, explore different options and simply enjoy the process.
What we particularly appreciated was the balance between professionalism and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Alongside the consultation, we enjoyed some casual conversation, a couple of glasses of champagne, and the photo booth, which made the occasion even more memorable.
Buying an engagement ring is an important milestone, and Wongs helped make the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable rather than stressful or overly formal. We are very happy with the ring and grateful to the team for their warm and professional service.

I chose Wongs as it is a family run…
I chose Wongs as it is a family run business which was established nearly 50 years ago! I went to Wongs over 25 years ago when I wanted to modify my engagement ring and add some stones and my ring looks as good now as it did then. So when
I had a couple of old rings that were missing a diamond in each there was no question of where to take them. I collected the rings recently and was literally dazzled by the workmanship, they looked brand new! I can highly recommend Wongs Jewellers.

Resizing of rings not a good experience.
Resizing of rings ended up taking over 4 visits.
They were never ready when I arrived to pick them up and the work was rushed on one particular ring three times.
Not the best experience and not the quality of work i expected for the £1000 spent.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to make several visits only to find that your rings weren’t ready, particularly when you had already been waiting for the work to be completed. We’re also disappointed to hear that you felt the work on one of your rings was rushed and that the overall result didn’t meet the standard you expected, especially given the amount you spent with us.
This certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers. We take both our customer service and the quality of our workshop’s craftsmanship extremely seriously, and we’re sorry that on this occasion we fell short of those expectations.

I visited Wongs in Manchester to choose and engagement ring.
I didn’t quite know what I was looking for but the whole team, and especially Jenny were great in showing me a selection and helping me to understand which would be best.
There was no pressure to rush into anything and once I’d decided Jenny helped ensure the ring was ready in time for when I needed it. The ability for the ring to be re-sized or exchanged if needed (thankfully it wasn’t) was also a great reassurance.

What an amazing experience!! Daisy and Zara looked after us and the customer service was just incredible. My daughter felt like a celebrity! All the staff were so lovely and welcoming, she didn’t feel nervous at all after arriving. The earrings on offer were all beautiful, everything was explained in great detail and they made sure she was happy and comfortable.
She was given a certificate and teddy bear afterwards and she was beaming. I couldn’t recommend Wongs enough, my daughter is already asking for a second piercing!! Thank you all so much XxX

Picked up my beautiful wedding and engagement rings today after having them redesigned and size altered. Originally dealt with Sara, wonderful service and kept up to date all the way through the process. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie and she was delightful. I have to say Sara and Charlie are a credit to Wongs, so professional and happy in their job it was an amazing experience.
