Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish. I had an issue with a discount code but customer service had a very fast reply and sent over a quote. Their dedicated delivery team were great and went above their duties. No complaining like we've had from other delivery teams, they got the job done. It's hard to find companies that have their own dedicated delivery team, it really makes the difference to the whole experience. I do hope they are paid well!

Hello Rebecca,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review.
We are pleased that our customer service team was able to resolve the discount code issue quickly and provide you with a quotation.
It’s particularly rewarding to hear your kind words about our dedicated delivery team. We take great pride in the service they provide, and we’ll be sure to pass on your feedback to them.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we hope to have the pleasure of assisting you again in the future.
Kind Regards,
Worktop Express.
Fine if you know what you are doing!
Worktop is fine, and luckily we managed to make it work - but it came with a pretty big ding in the side we didnt see until it was cut (so they wouldnt change it for us, just a small refund) and the delivery team left it standing on its side so it had warped somewhat by the time we used it (something we didnt know not to do). We got a small refund, but I would be worried about using them again.

Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that you received a worktop with some slight edge damage. We always want our customers to receive their items in perfect condition, and we appreciate your disappointment.
Had the worktop been fully inspected before any cutting or alterations were carried out, we would have been more than happy to arrange an exchange for you. Unfortunately, as the worktop had already been cut, we were unable to offer an exchange on this occasion.
We’re pleased that you accepted our goodwill offer, and we hope you enjoy your new worktops for many years to come.
Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to resolve the matter.
Kind regards,
Worktop Express

The worktop was not full of filler, warped or of patchy colour staves. Very good for a standard worktop and not prime.
