Poor customer service
The company is very efficient at the front end when a customer is placing an order but be very wary about using them as their customer service is atrocious. They are very defensive and quick to try to find fault with customers and installers while ignoring simple requests such a please provide specific care and maintenance instructions. They have provided no customer service at all.
My kitchen contractor advised me to use Worktop Express. I certainly wont use them again and will be advising him not to recommend them to anyone else.

As your worktop has now been fully installed, the best advice we can offer is to ensure that there is sufficient sealant and Colorfill applied along the entire length of the joint. This will help to ensure that the inner core of the worktop remains fully protected and helps prevent any moisture from penetrating the joint.

Painless order
The website was easy to use, and I could choose a delivery date to suit me. I was kept informed leading up to the delivery day and on the actual day, the driver telephoned me before to say how far away they were.
The worktop is good quality. The whole process was painless!

Initially the wrong worktops were delivered but replacements were delivered 2days later.I cannot praise the delivery men enough Gary and Paul who went above and beyond to make both deliveries as smooth as possible. They are such lovely guys and a credit to your company.Worktops are perfect colour and good quality and the customer service is very good.
