Jake, we are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our coverage, online and in the terms and conditions, are clear. This includes that accidental damage has a 30-day waiting period, and/or that a manufacturer/mechanical issues or defect, typically a warranty issue, are not covered. Please refer to the policy booklet or contact us for further clarification as needed.

Web site would not take my purchase…
Web site would not take my purchase earlier today. Their phone number went straight to a recording saying the "number cannot be reached"....It made me very skeptical at first but finally reached someone on a different line. That rep said they were having site issues. It all was resolved late at night when I tried again.

I have had coverage for my iPad for a number of years and am quite satisfied with the protection it provides. I receive my renewal notices wit ample time to reply. The on-line process to renew was easy and very user friendly.
