I missed the renewal period because I…
I missed the renewal period because I was being forgetful and got a cancellation letter in the mail. No way to just renew the policy after that point but added a new policy with no trouble. Wish it stayed on my account for say 30 days after cancellation so I can just renew it without putting all the details of the device back in.

Easy to purchase online
Easy to purchase online. It would be helpful to have an online option to update a policy instead of calling the call center.
Negative: No access to cancel a policy that you do not want to renew online. This is a big negative.

Cancels can be done anytime online (we do require written documentation per the terms and conditions but can consider electronic written) via the Contact Us Form (logged in or not) and from your registered email to our Customer Service department as well.
