Ordered spray paint from this company…
Ordered spray paint from this company specifically to match a colour shown on their website. What arrived looked absolutely NOTHING like the photos. Not “slightly different” — completely different. I have side-by-side proof.
Then came the customer service circus.
Their website clearly says they provide a return postage label for returns. When I asked for one, suddenly: “Oh no, you have to pay yourself.” Interesting business model — advertise one thing, do the opposite.
After I sent them photo evidence showing their colour was completely inaccurate, they told me to return the product and promised they’d reimburse the postage if the paint was “fine.” They later refunded the product… but refused to refund the return postage because I kept another item from the same order.
What does that even have to do with the fact that THEIR colour description was completely misleading?
Misleading product photos, False information on their website, Constantly changing excuses, Cheap customer service arguing over a few pounds for THEIR mistake
I wouldn’t trust their colour samples ever again. If you enjoy gambling with paint colours and being gaslit by customer support, this is the perfect company for you.
