I ordered a cotton blouse with embroidery . The photo of the blouse was beautiful. After waiting over 3 weeks, what they sent was a cheap rayon simple blouse that looked like something you would make in junior high sewing class. I immediately contacted them(only contact method they use is email). No explanation was given, what the offered was 10% off the price. To make a long story short, I contacted them an additional 4 times. Never heard back from them.
I am out $29 dollars and the aggravation and my time. In my opinion I would NEVER buy anything from this company. It is all a scam, the clothes you see do not exist. If I could I would give them negative stars.

Took over a month to deliver.Dresses were NOTHING like their pics! They look like old fashion table cloths! No lace no crochet just plain ole heavy cotton. They suggested sizing up which I did but they did not fit. They refuse to take them back and refund me. THEY REFUSED me a refund and refused to give me an address to return them! I am out $75.00 they told me to keep them!

I choose two dress and one shirt once I received notification for my order is completely wrong it showed 2 shirt and I dress was not my chose. Nor the size I need

WARNING!!! Well, I fell for the scam too! I ordered two dresses and they are nothing like the images. Absolute trash! When I got the response on how to get a refund, I knew something was wrong and started reading these reviews. BUYER BE WARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!!

I ordered a top that was supposed to come with fringe leather and did not. The top was misshapen and did not fit properly although the size was OK. I also ordered a midi dress in Boho style and the dress came as a mini and barely covered my bum. The zipper was below the breast so you had to wiggle to even get a pulled down over the breast. These two items are by far the worst clothing I have ever received from an online retailer. I tried to go onto the site and leave a review, but was unable to do that. I’m going to contest the charge with my credit card. I would never ever purchase from them again and I would advise anyone that’s considering it to not do so as well.

It was easy to order and I recieved it in a timely manner. It was a great quality and it showed. Unfortunately I'm bigger in the arm and chest area so it was a little tight, so what did I do, I ordered another and sized it up! That's how much I loved it.

I agree with all these comments. Items represented on the website are not even close to the products design or quality. Many of you have mentioned not being able to get your money back. If you by chance paid with PayPal, you can file a dispute with them. I was able to get a partial refund, which was better than zero.

Everything is so very beautiful. It was difficult choosing one thing to establish myself with your company. I'll be back and thank you so very much

I’m very happy with the shopping experience overall. I was buying the decorative kimonos and pants for men. The ones that are painted with beautiful Chinese graphics.
Ordering the product is very easy and the system works well.
I was wondering what the actual clothes would look and feel like when I received them.
I did receive them and I have a couple of comments. I think the graphics on the clothes are very beautiful. Extremely well done.
I had noticed that all of the imagery on the website is done with AI. None of it is real photography.
When you get the clothes in the hand, the way these garments are produced looks like an Inkjet printing method. I wish the graphics were more high resolution, they are a bit pixelated, but they still look very good from a distance. The material of the kimonos and the pants is of course a thin synthetic material. They are not printed on cotton or silk, but for the price point they could not be. I have gotten used to the feel of the material, and if it’s not too bad after a while. The clothes fit comfortably so overall for the money I spent I am very happy with clothes.

It was quite easy for me to navigate the website. Checkout was quick and simple. Hope i am pleased b with the merchandise

If I could give this effing site and people a negative 100 or more I would! I ordered 2 blouses, beautiful online so many flowers and silky looking clothes, when the website state they have the best quality....yeah flucking right. The blouses were poorly made, they looked like they iron ed on a print of what was supposed to be on the shirts. And looked like an 80 yr old should be wearing them. On top of that I had to wait minimum of almost 20 days for them to even be shipped! Now I want a refund and the people are only wanting to give me 10% for online credit???? Are u flucking joking!!! I will be keeping and persistently making these reviews every day now until I am fully refunded. I hope no one orders from this website and it goes under asap!!!

The skirt looked silky with attached flowers. I wondered how it could have attached flowers at such a low price. I found. It was unattractive fabric with printed flowers. Not at all like the picture.

I have been trying with absolutely NO outcome in sight to get a refund on the cheap ugly kimono I bought. You will NEVER get customer service. They ask you the same thing over and over which is, what’s the order number and send a picture of the item. I’ve done this, followed up and just get ignored. Do not purchase from this company! They are a scam and you will never see your money again. Any response seems automated and it will never be handled. If they respond to this it will be the same response I’ve gotten every time with NO RESPONSE. Save your money, their products are a scam, crappy stuff that looks nothing like the pictures. You will never get help because it’s fraud. I’ve reported this company to the BBB and other agencies that will be looking into them. I suggest every person here who’s been scammed by them do the same thing. Get them reported first for fraud.

I placed an order on April 26, 2026. My total was $393.17 today is May 12, 2026 and I still don’t have any of my items. I think they’re a scam.

Items received are nothing like what is represented on their website. Cheap material that is silk screened. These are terrible. I have asked for a refund. We will see.
9:30 p.m. vchics emailed me wanting pictures of what they sent me. At 1:09 a.m. I received this email: Dear customer,

5/23/26 They finally refunded my money after I filed a complaint with my credit card company. I am still waiting for them to send me a return shipping label. I will never purchase from this site again and do not recommend anyone else try to either. Horrible experience.

The dress was nothing like the picture. I told them I would like to return it. They told me I had to wait 5 days for the instructions. They told me I should keep it since it would probably get lost in the return mail overseas. I told them it was sent from a California address and I could send it back there. I haven't heard back from them. That was 5 days ago.

VCHICS is a Scam from China. Don't purchase anything from them. This fraudulent company appears to pay big money to advertise and the reason Google (ABC, Inc.) and the rest, continue to allow them to commit fraud.

I was surprised at the great prices for such beautiful clothing. A little disappointed not knowing when the dress will be shipped, and how long it will take to get here. I have a wedding to play for the last day of this month, I sure hope it gets here quickly.
