100% scam. I have no idea how they got hold of my credit card info. My bank managed to contact them and they refunded the $34.95. A month later, same date, the same $34.95 were again written off my credit card, yet now by dgmovcs.com: similar phone nr yet not the same as vidhics, and also a (fake) physical address on their site, also in GB as vidhics gives. I had only one option : block my credit card and apply for a new one

I should have read the reviews before ordering! Received my items, 2 dresses and a top and it was nothing like they showed on their website. I received the 2 dresses, both looked cheaply made and both were just printed flowers on the material and that also include the top I ordered. This company is a SCAM, do not order anything from them or other companies that show these same items on their website like theirs, because you’ll never get the item that is shown on the pictures that you actually ordered from them!! Vchics is a SCAM Website!

I would prefer to give a O rating. I received a very cheap blouse rather than what was presented on the website . I tried to get a refund and they told me I had to wait a whole week for them to review. They did not get back to me. When I asked again for a refund, they said if I wanted a 10percent discount to use for another of their items! Please do not buy anything from this company that is a fraud! Also don't believe their responses to our reviews. I should have read these reviews before buying anything from them. Lesson learned.

When ordering, size changed on order from 2xl to small. 2 items will have to be returned. Which is a hassle. Don't know why it did that

What I ordered isn't what I received
Ordered a dress and what I received is NOTHING like the image or description of what I ordered.
Customer service offered a 20% discount to keep the dress and when I declined and requested instructions to return and get a refund, they've stopped responding. Do not order from this site! Very poor quality and no return options.

Do not order from this scam of a company!
Do not, under any circumstances, order from this site! They are a scam and a joke, featuring photos of dresses that do not exist with them and bear no resemblance whatsoever to the cheap crap they will send you. You will complain to stock AI message answers and be told returns take too long and are inconvenient, offering a fractional refund and suggesting you keep what you overpaid for. Report them, every time and always. I am saving and sharing with investigative departments every verbal exchange that passed between us.

I never got my refund
I never got my refund. They stopped answering my requests. I got pieces of trash in place of the things they advertised. They refused to send me return address. Wanted to give me a coupon towards purchasing more junk from them. Temu has better customer service than these people. And I come to find they are going out of business and that's why they aren't giving refunds for the junk they sell. Expensive lesson for me. You buy from vchics, you're on your own. Not an honorable company and probably going out of business because of it. Beware.
4/10/26 Vchic response is the exact same response they give everyone who criticizes their business practices. Beware. None of this is true. No refunds. No satisfaction. No help. That's how much they think of their customers. They treat everyone like idiots. The fact is that no one has given them 5 star reviews as posted. They give themselves those reviews. I never gave them 5 stars, and yet there it was with my name on it. Most people give them bad reviews after receipt of the items because they aren't what you order and are terrible quality. Did I mention NO REFUNDS? Besides, I did hear they're going out of business anyway, rightly so. Good riddance to them.
