After placing an order on the 10/4/26…

After placing an order on the 10/4/26 for a zero tech scope that was marked as IN stock with supplier will ships with in 5-12 days and on the 16/4/26 i msg them and i got a response saying will be shipped this week. As of the 22/4/26 i received an email got saying (some shipments have been delayed as the supplier held orders while adjusting for price increases) on the 23/4/26 i got another email with them stating (The delay was caused by the supplier holding our shipments while they adjusted their wholesale pricing for us. This means our retail prices will increase for future customers, but your purchase price remains exactly as it was when you ordered.)
As of the 24/4/26 i got an email say they received my scope from supplier and it will be sent out soon i didn’t receive it until the 30/4/26. As of the 28/5/26 almost a month later the price for the scope hasn’t changed and i have been checking it every few days since receiving it. the scope is awesome have no issues with zerotech but customer service and shipping with Xhunter is terrible would not recommend this company to anyone STAY AWAY

1. The Stock Status: You completely ignored the stock status on our website. The item was explicitly listed as 'Stock with supplier (5-12 days)'. It was never listed as physically in stock at our warehouse, meaning a transfer delay was clearly stated before you purchased.
2. The False 'Price Change' Claim: Your claim that we held your order to change your price is entirely false. The manufacturer halted a massive B2B wholesale freight delivery to our company because they were updating their internal wholesale pricing and had to legally reissue the commercial master invoices for the entire truck. They did not hold your specific item.
We explained this to you in writing and explicitly guaranteed that your purchase price was locked in. We absorbed the supplier's price increase ourselves to protect your order, and dispatched it the moment the freight was finally released to us.

I ordered a predator was told about 6 days then after two weks was told re stocking 3 to 6 days then after another wqeek and a bit finally arrived that was shit service and no honesty whatsoever
I read that obviously but it still took almost three weeks wether you contact me next day or not I allow a wek fr it to get here but you already had none when I ordered anyway I got it thats all that matters IO just wished it never took that long n I can see you already deny it so lets leave it now I know

When you placed your order for the Predator Shooting Rest, our website clearly displayed a prominent warning on the product page stating: 'Restocking (Est dispatch: 3-5 DAYS from purchase date).' We were 100% transparent about the potential delay before you even completed your purchase.

When you reached out on March 24th, we replied the very next morning (March 25th) to remind you that the item was arriving from our supplier. Once it arrived, we dispatched it and provided your Australia Post tracking number on April 6th.

Awful experience

Made an order, they told me there was an issue with processing the transaction and after they "refund" my money, which I still waiting for it (it's been over a month). Naver had that issue before with any other store

Hi Patricio, your review intentionally leaves out the crucial context of why your transaction was flagged and why your bank is currently holding your funds.

You placed an order online with a credit card from Queensland, but immediately asked to send an Uber to pick up the high-value thermal monocular from our Melbourne warehouse. Because this exact scenario matches a very common credit card fraud pattern, the banking security system automatically flagged your payment as a 'high-risk' transaction and stopped the funds from clearing.

As a responsible business, we immediately processed a full reversal/refund of the transaction on our end to protect the cardholder. As we explained to you multiple times via chat, the delay in receiving the money is entirely because the bank is holding the funds due to their own automated risk filters. We even advised you to lodge a chargeback with your bank if you wanted to expedite their security process.
