I ordered a predator was told about 6 days then after two weks was told re stocking 3 to 6 days then after another wqeek and a bit finally arrived that was shit service and no honesty whatsoever
I read that obviously but it still took almost three weeks wether you contact me next day or not I allow a wek fr it to get here but you already had none when I ordered anyway I got it thats all that matters IO just wished it never took that long n I can see you already deny it so lets leave it now I know

When you placed your order for the Predator Shooting Rest, our website clearly displayed a prominent warning on the product page stating: 'Restocking (Est dispatch: 3-5 DAYS from purchase date).' We were 100% transparent about the potential delay before you even completed your purchase.

When you reached out on March 24th, we replied the very next morning (March 25th) to remind you that the item was arriving from our supplier. Once it arrived, we dispatched it and provided your Australia Post tracking number on April 6th.

To show our complete transparency, we have uploaded our email logs and a screenshot of the original product page showing the explicit 'Restocking' warning to a public folder. Anyone reading this can copy and paste the link below to verify the facts:

Awful experience

Made an order, they told me there was an issue with processing the transaction and after they "refund" my money, which I still waiting for it (it's been over a month). Naver had that issue before with any other store

Hi Patricio, your review intentionally leaves out the crucial context of why your transaction was flagged and why your bank is currently holding your funds.

You placed an order online with a credit card from Queensland, but immediately asked to send an Uber to pick up the high-value thermal monocular from our Melbourne warehouse. Because this exact scenario matches a very common credit card fraud pattern, the banking security system automatically flagged your payment as a 'high-risk' transaction and stopped the funds from clearing.

As a responsible business, we immediately processed a full reversal/refund of the transaction on our end to protect the cardholder. As we explained to you multiple times via chat, the delay in receiving the money is entirely because the bank is holding the funds due to their own automated risk filters. We even advised you to lodge a chargeback with your bank if you wanted to expedite their security process.

You need better and honest customer service

I ordered an expensive Leupold scope lens cover. I liked the unit, operated as intended, first time everytime.
Ordered a second one, the unit is not operating the same. Doesn't open and close in the same motion, gets jammed. You need to basically realign the switch mechanism for it to shut, which takes it from a one step process to two step process. Disappointed in the assistance provided from xhunter, tried to talk me out of returning the item from the get go and the distributor for Leupold products NIOA who said operating as intended, but provided no evidence of how it was tested. It operates differently on a scope than it does in the hand. Buyers beware, xhunter does not like you to return faulty products, they don't have a phone number you can call. Its all on whatsapp and they take hours to days to respond. Very frustrating as a buyer from spends a lot of money on quality products, I won't be buying from them again.

1. The Product Feature: After you sent us a video of the "fault", we immediately forwarded it to NIOA, the official Australian distributor for Leupold. Their Senior Customer Service Consultant confirmed in writing that the cover is operating exactly as intended and that there is no return spring fitted to this specific lever by design. We simply relayed this technical information to you.

2. The Return Process: We never tried to talk you out of returning the item. We simply followed Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We advised you that the item needs to be physically inspected by the manufacturer to declare a "major fault" before a replacement or refund can be issued. We then generated a return-paid shipping label entirely at our cost so you could send it back for this exact official inspection.

3. Response Times: You initially emailed us on Saturday, Jan 24th, leading into the Australia Day long weekend. We replied immediately upon our return on Tuesday, Jan 27th, after consulting with the distributor. Since then, we have responded to your emails promptly, as shown in the chat logs.

We understand it is frustrating when a new product feels different from an older one you own, but we must rely on the manufacturer's technical specifications.
