Ordered 60 packs of noodles of 3 different brands. All delivered undamaged and the order was correctly picked!
Ordered on the weekend and received delivery on Tuesday.

Ruined food
1. Delivery date was not fixed. This meant I couldn’t plan when to use the food.
2. No advance instruction on cooking
3. No advance instruction to keep the food frozen or to cook from frozen.
Without advance instructions to keep the food frozen and cook from frozen, it was deliberately defrosted to be ready for cooking.
Only inside did the instructions say to cook from frozen. The pastry was stuck together and most had to be thrown away.

The product was good but the response time a little slow. Will use again but with more notice next time.

Fantastic at rectifying the couriers mistake!
The customer service was fantastic. I in formed them the courier had left a note saying the products had been taken back to Yau Bros as no one answered while I was on holiday. Yau Bros then re sent the products quickly and I had them within a day. The products are also delightful!

Received wrong Noodles; however, they fully refunded.
*UPDATE: Yau Bros fully refunded the purchase price. So I am updating my review to a moderate one to reflect their understanding and after-sale customer care.

The noodles shipped to me are different from what they advertised on their website. I will ask for a return/refund.

Really good stock of Asian products…
Really good stock of Asian products that you can't easily find elsewhere. Reasonably priced, arrived promptly and well packaged. Customer service friendly and efficient. Can't complain only compliment, keep up the good work.
