I have had an Audi A3 for 12 years and…
I have had an Audi A3 for 12 years and it has been a pleasure to drive it and Yeovil Audi have serviced and taken care of it very well. However it was time to buy a new one and as I was very happy with Yeovil Audi I decided to but an A1 from them. The staff are always helpful, efficient and knowledgable. Whatever I need to know they will always help. I love the new car and feel confident that Yeovil Audi will look after it with servicing etc.

This is my fifth new Audi from…
This is my fifth new Audi from YeovilAudi. My first experience buying a A1 back in 2014 went like a dream. Loved the car and the 5* treatment given by all the staff never falters. This year I was contemplating keeping my Q2 thus ending my usual upgrade routine. However having received a call from Sales Person Maddie it transpired that I could afford to get yet another Audi and it was all completed within a very short time period with their slick service. Happy to add five stars for their customer service.

Excellent - I had bought 2 x cars from Yeovil Audi in the last 2 months
I had bought 2/3 new cars from Yeovil Audi but for my last 2 x Audis I had lost faith in them: some the salesman's behaviours were not great (high pressure selling of finance despite telling them No): so I bought from Exeter and then Taunton.
HOWEVER, I have bought 2 x Audis (1 x A1 and 1 Q5(new))) from Yeovil Audi over the last 2 months and I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED with the service I received. The engagements were polite, efficient, honest and fair - hence the double purchase. This recent experience has renewed my confidence in them and I would now strongly recommend them

Clear, concise and honest.
Very clear and upfront with all the information they give you, so that you can make an informed decision. Open, honest and treat you like a human being, nothing is ever to much trouble, would highly recommend. The sales representative that served me and my family was named Joe, he was very patient with us and looked after us every step of the way and got us into a vehicle which was exactly what we wanted and more. Very much exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

On arrival a staff member offered us coffee and showed us to a seat. We then met Jack who was excellent from the start, not at all pushy and answered are questions with obvious knowledge of the cars. He was very honest about what he could or couldn’t do with regards to discounts etc. All in all a great car buying experience.

From the initial contact
From the initial contact, which was a few weeks before purchase, to collecting my new car, the staff at Yeovil Audi made the whole journey an enjoyable experience. From guiding me through the types of vehicle that I was looking at to my final decision, they showed patience and knowledge. On the day of collection, due to an equipment fault, not on the vehicle, there was a slight delay, but the staff still managed to make sure that my vehicle was ready to the standard they wanted and I expected. I can’t fault the staff or the dealership.

New car for daughter collected 12th august
We came to Audi Yeovil looking for a car for my daughter she had in mind what she wanted, we were looked after by Jack, and I must say what excellent service, she saw one on the forecourt and didn’t look back, Jack was great friendly and very easy to get on with, answered all our questions, I now have a very happy daughter driving around in her Audi.

Enquired on a car and was looked after…
Enquired on a car and was looked after by Maddie at the branch. Despite distance between ourselves she answered all of my questions and definitely did offer great customer service! Unfortunately I was not able to proceed with the sale due to personal circumstances but I would highly recommend anyone to Maddie as she is clearly passionate about her brand and extremely professional.
Hopefully I will be back if my circumstances change short term.
