Buying my new Audi Q3
My experience of purchasing a new car from Yeovil Audi was excellent. I was looked after very well, and I was always kept informed. This was particularly welcome as there were serious delays in the car's manufacture. The service when the car finally arrived was outstandingly good. Everything I could have asked for!

Great service
Bought a Q5 Sportsback from Audi Yeovil. This is the 3rd Audi we have bought from them. Dan Costelloe was very professional despite my hard negotiating! The hand over was very good with Dan explaining the operation of the car to us. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and are very pleased with it. We upgraded from a Q3 as we needed more space. I firstly enquired about an Audi TT, Maddison rang me after I requested a call back she was very helpful explained everything about the car including service history owners condition and sent me lots of photos, the sale went very smoothly I picked the car up which was presented to me and it was stunning both inside and out, I didn’t even test drive it as I was confident it was the right car for me, hand over was really informative and Maddison even explained about cam belt requirements and the mileage on a belt change. I decided to have the paint cover for my own reassurance and I love the car and would definitely contact Maddison and the Yeovil team if I ever need any advice or a new car purchase amazing service Thank you Audi Yeovil. First Class Service
I was looking for a brand new A4 Avant quattro and found what I wanted using the Audi UK New Car Search website which showed that Yeovil Audi had the exact model I was looking for in stock.
The buying experience with Ollie Perry was excellent. I was able to drive a demonstrator and was offered a very fair part exchange price on my current A4. I took up the Audi Finance PCP option which resulted in a significant deposit contribution being applied to the deal.
On the day I collected the car Ollie talked me through the car's features and I left as a very happy customer.
The whole transaction was straightforward and Ollie was knowledgeable and professional.
This is my 5th consecutive Audi. I had not purchased from Yeovil Audi before but this was probably the smoothest purchase that I have ever experienced.

Car totally destroyed in fire and replaced
A serious fire in the garage block where I live destroyed all the cars. AUDI insurance immediately came to my assistance and I was paid compensation within 10 days. AUDI Yeovil then took over and nothing was too much trouble in finding me a replacement car which was prepared for me as if it was new and their after sales service is excellent.

A excellent Audi dealership.
The team at Yeovil Audi made my recent purchase a smooth, trouble free and pleasant experience. From our first visit, they were attentive, professional and efficient. They listened to us and at every stage worked hard to give us the product we wanted. More importantly, we were never pressured to purchase items we didn’t want.
The end result was that we got exactly the car we wanted, when we wanted it, at a good price.
I’d also like to mention the excellent facilities, and their after sales service. When I encountered a (self inflicted) problem with the infotainment system, a pleasant, knowledgable and helpful young team member talked me through the problem, and how to fix it.
Finally, the reception staff were simply excellent. We were always made to feel welcome, and they were always utterly professional.
So, I would unhesitatingly recommend Yeovil Audi - their cars are not too bad either!

Joe Turner - top guy.
Joe was a top guy who provided a video of the car I was purchasing and answered all questions regarding my purchase. I was picked up at the station, and the car was ready and prepared to my satisfaction. Also nice to hear the story about Joe's split-screen VW bus - he's easy to get along with.

After sales customer care service is a little disappointing
The customer experience at the show room is excellent, however the customer service after care is somewhat lacking. Let me explain, I have made several enquiries back to the showroom & each time I have to chase them up for updates or prices etc. Later last year I enquired about having a spare wheel & associated items for my car, this was after having a courtesy car of the same type from them which had this in it, I was surprised to see it was a full sized wheel with a deflated tyre for saving space (excellent idea Audi). I am still awaiting an update & cost from them on this. Maybe they don't want the custom, or it's small fry for them & they are only interested in selling vehicles.
