Fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience - I can thoroughly recommend Yeovil Audi. Simon made purchasing my new Q2 really easy, quick and straightforward. He was so helpful and friendly and came up with a really competitive deal. The car is super - I'm really loving it. I had to travel 200 miles to get my car from there but it was absolutely worth it. I was picked up from the station and my car was ready and waiting for me with a big bow - the whole thing felt very special and as it should be with such a big and exciting purchase.

My Daughter bought an Audi TT Roadster…
My Daughter bought an Audi TT Roadster from Yeovil Audi costing £17000 The sales msn Simon so so rude and patronising made us feel uncomfortable. The car had a few scrapes which he said he would put right and the polished alloy wheels had a few scuffs, which he said he would get refurbished. When it was time to collect the car, the repairs and the wheels had been done but was done by a smart repair with overspray all over the black trim and the alloy wheels had been sprayed not happy , on handover of the car we was not told about any drainage ducks that can block. My daughter only had the car for four months noticed water slashing around inside the car so we took the car to another Audi dealership on discovery. These drainage channels were completely blocked and have never been checked warranty would not cover this cost me a further £1200 to put right. The whole interior had to be taken out to dry the carpets. These ducks should’ve been checked annually on an inspection and service which was never done all work on the car from new was carried out by Yeovil Audi Which have never been done , they after service is shocking I would never buy from the dealership again. Bunch of Cowboys.

Can I just add Truro yeamans Audi were first class and 5 * service , we have purchased a 4 year old Audi Q2 from them a few weeks ago outstanding service unlike the cowboys at Yeovil Audi.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your vehicle purchase from March 2023.
We don’t have any record of these issues being raised with us since we completed the handover of your Audi, however drainage channels are inspected at annual service and the Approved Used check. At the time we inspected your daughter’s vehicle there was no blockage or water/smell of water inside the car. Other factors can affect the channels getting blocked, such a parking the car under trees/excessive road residue, although frequent cleaning of the car will help prevent blockages occurring. Without having seen the car since your daughter purchase it last year it is difficult for us to add any further information.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced and please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you wish to discuss your feedback in more detail.

Going above & beyond.
My son bought an Audi A3 from another company. Superb car, couple of issues, a recall wasn't carried out & mmi not reset for a new owner,we asked a couple of awkward questions about his car & my car which was addressed very quickly ,his car was extremely dirty but when we collected it very clean in & outside.Perfect.
The receptionist was professional helpful,nice coffee etc.

Bought an Audi Q3 from Yeovil Audi…
Bought an Audi Q3 from Yeovil Audi 30/09/2022 vehicles first service at Truro Audi it was reported that the sump plug had been overtightened, stripping the threads of the sump at the previous service carried out by Poole Audi (same group I think.) Neither Poole or Yeovil had the integrity to take responsibility for sub standard maintenance or selling a vehicle with a £500 defect, not one of their 149 point checks apparently. Thankfully Truro took responsibility and I wasn’t left with the bill, great service from Truro.
Over a year later I receive a speeding offence notice for the vehicle I traded, the service from Yeovil Audi is more accustomed to a dodgy backstreet garage than a main dealer.
Below is a quote from an email from Tim Hooker so at no point was any resolution offered. It appears we can add untruthful to the appalling service.
Unfortunately we will not be contributing to the repair costs to have the oil sump replaced or re-tapped/threaded

Well worth the 18 month wait!
I just love my Q4 etron despite the 18 month wait from original delivery date due to shortage of chips post Covid and the war in Ukraine. The Yeovil Audi team were just brilliant at keeping me informed of the delays, all beyond their control, occasionally mentioned alternatives but I'm so glad I stuck to my guns as the Q4 etron is a delight to drive and am completely sold on electric.

In with low hopes, Out with great experience
Myself and my partner ventured in to Audi’s forecourt in Yeovil branch assuming that we may be a bit optimistic about the ability to take away one of their cars. We were approached by a young lady ‘Maddison’ who little did we know was an apprentice. If we were never told we would have never known, her customer customer service skills were second to none, her knowledge of the car(s) and services were mostly there, but she was not scared to delve in and find a result. Overall myself and my partner had a brilliant experience thanks to Maddison and the rest of the team at Yeovil Audi, I have no fears in trusting this team again. All the best to Maddison in her adventure with Audi, she will be and is already an asset to the company.
