Do not order from this company.
After receiving damaged mats , I informed the company that I wanted a refund four times. I also asked for return details which they have not supplied.
After the third request for a refund, they sent a "replacement" which miraculously appeared the same day as their email!
I refused to accept delivery and again asked for a refund. After nearly two weeks I am still waiting.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

False information from the start
I called up the company and spoke to **** as i couldnt find the correct mats for my fiat doblo 2023. he assured me they had the correct mats and i would have them within a week so i paid over the phone. i then received an email stating they would be sending paper mats so i could check the fitment! so when the paper mats came through completely wrong i called up to get a refund. **** told me he could not do this even though he took my initial payment. so i had to wait for someone else to call me. after a couple of emails later they reluctantly agreed to a refund stating they had initiated it, however 3 weeks later i have just started a claim with my credit card company as i have not received any refund.

Wrong car mats sent, but no reply to request for refund or replacement.
Placed an order for rubber car mats on 3rd July. Kept checking site for updates, and it said dispatch expected 9th July. Mats turned up on 10th July even though no tracking info was sent and the site still said they were being cut. Straight away I thought the rubber smell was horrendous despite claims they infuse the mats with vanilla so you get no rubber smell. I also noticed the shape of the front mats was nothing like the templates on the site for my car, the holes were in the wrong place for drivers mat and there were no holes at all in the passenger front mat. Only the passenger rear mat fitted correctly. I phoned and left a voice message, but received no reply the next day, so I phoned CS and they sent me an email requesting photos of the mats in the car. I did that on Saturday 15th when I returned home from a break. I have received no reply by email or phone and the site has no information for me.
Update: On Wednesday 19th I received a call from CS asking me to resend photos, as the format I sent couldn't be opened. I reformatted and sent them. On 20th CS phoned and confirmed that was successful and replacements would be sent. However, later that day another person from CS emailed to say templates would be sent out instead. I replied that I had sent photos and measurements, so thought this was a waste of more time. She replied straight back to say this was best and she would send urgently. On Monday afternoon I still didn't have them. I emailed the lady in CS and she promised I would definitely get them Tuesday. Of course they didn't arrive, so I emailed her yesterday afternoon and said I had no confidence in them and I just want a refund. Previously she emailed straight back. This time nothing. I am now 23 days in since I ordered and paid. The guy from CS seems a nice guy on the phone, but production and the rest of CS are a shambles unfortunately, and I am £45 out of pocket.

What a crowd of gangsters ordered Car Mats last March 2023 and now in July still no delivery. Customer service is an Absolute joke. Dozens of emails and telephone calls no action from the company. Took my money and no delivery of mats.

Poor Quality!!!
Update!!!
The mats have now been replaced, which is the acceptable and correct way. However, I have not been refunded for the delivery fee as Paul said in emails and phone conversations. But I did and still receive calls from the business to remove my feedback as the issue was sorted out, which is worry me. Also, they flag it as not genuine feedback, which I can prove day and night. The company's behavior is unacceptable and out of control, reason to keep my feedback and not deal with them in the future!!!!
Long waiting, but not so important as the quality. One of the clips that hold the mat on the driver's side is gone after the first usage, and I ordered the ultimate pack. Not to mention that they charge you £4.99 for fast dispatch, but happened after 8 days. I will not use them again!!
