Very pleased with both the quality and cost of the car mats I purchased which were a perfect fit.Delivery was swift so all in all a painless purchase thanks David Georgeson.

Ordered these mats over 12 days ago, went for the premium matts with leather edging, (which I was charged for) then they contacted saying the edging wasn't available so I had to have stitch edging (without offering the refund on the difference). Then to be told matts were being despatched 4 times on 3 different dates and I am still awaiting for them. I have Completely lost confidence and I will be writing a google review and Trust Pilot review on this business as I feel the customer service is terrible. Trust me it's a lot easier popping in to Halfords to buy your matts or purchase from a more reliable company online. Awaiting information from the representative on cancellation and refund.

HE WAS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL.
I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL AS SOON AS I HAD COMPLETED THE PAYMENT. HE TOLD ME IF THEIR WAS ANY PROBLEMS OR HAD NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS, I CAN CALL HIM BACK. ONCE I RECEIVED MY GOODS HE HAD CALLED ME BACK AND ASKED IF I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.

Ordered mats for my VW Polo, great fit and quality. Delivery delayed slightly but very impressed with my mats. Recomend.

Customer service and the car mats purchased were first class. However, the delivery company’s service was disappointing, hence 4 and not 5 stars.

Found just what I was looking for. Very smart and stylist addition to my little Fiat 500.

Terrible customer service. took money for things they didn't have in stock still waiting weeks later for the refund of the price difference to the product they did send (which fitted well) + car matts sent were the wrong ones and as for express delivery that was a joke
UPDATE , The company has now offered me first £10 & then £15 to remove this review as they say "its bad for business" , my thought is that they should improve the service they give customers then reviews like this wouldn't be written, it took over a dozen emails and calls to sort the problems and I'm fed up with bad customer service from companies its just not necessary.

Ordered car mats with delivery scheduled 8 March 2023. Tried contacting yourcarparts but nothing back yet and no mats received. To date. I will make a follow up review when communication and mats delivered.

According to Evri delivery website apparently my order has been left with a neighbour yesterday. However did not receive any information on delivery schedule or what neighbour it has been delivered to. So car mats still not received and don't know where they are.
18/03/2023 - Retrieved parts from a neighbour. Mats are very good and probably 4 or 5 stars. Company need to have a chat with delivery company. Updated review.

Really happy with my car mats, was disappointed that there was a bit of a wait for delivery, but it was definitely worth it. Much better product than that which I have bought over the counter previously.

I’ve ordered a set of car mats for my Honda Jazz, using my registration number. The mats arrived promptly, and the quality looked really good, but unfortunately they did not fit the mountings on the car. I emailed the company and sent a sketch and photos to show what the problem was. I received a very prompt reply and the matter was resolved completely again in a very prompt manner. Because of the quality of the mats, and the way that the problems were rectified so quickly I would have no reservation in recommending them to other customers.

Update. Since leaving this review the head of customer service, got in contact, both via email and by phone. He apologised for the poor service we had received and their lack of communication and reassured us that the refund was in its way. That refund was received today. This is all much more positive. I would please just reiterate that poor customer service stems from poor communication, keep your customers in the loop and let them decide if they're happy to wait.

Original review. I really wish I'd read the reviews before buying. So much of it is familiar. My husband placed an order for snow chains on the 12th February. We still haven't receive them, I've had to order others from elsewhere as they are a legal requirement where we are headed. We've emailed multiple times, being fobbed off by 2 different members of staff. The first response we received was about car mats, we didn't even order car mats so they clearly hadn't even read our query. We have requested a refund which haven't been acknowledged. They take days to respond to an email, and when they do it's often at strange times of the day. At a guess, they're selling things they don't have in stock, but they haven't said this, they haven't really said anything! We want a refund, and will continue making contact with them until this is done. By the looks of these other reviews, that might take some time. Save your money and buy from someone else who understands what customer service really is.

08 March 23 : Additional review from a furious customer : Paul the Customer services Manager has since contacted me and advised they would refund my delivery charge and they have done so, he also e-mailed me this morning 08/03/23 to say my mats would be delivered today, It just goes from bad to worst, I ordered mats to suite my Astra car with leather binding, On the delivery bag it has a description of the correct mats I ordered however inside the bag they have sent the cheapest looking mats you could imagine and they still have a staple in the front where it looks like a label has been pulled off. I have e-mailed and demanded a full refund and they can have this rubbish back that they have sent to me !!!!!!

I have given 1 star because I could not give less. This is the worst company I have dealt with. Placed order 24/02/23 and paid for speedy delivery, tried to contact several times when product did not arrive and keep getting fobbed off. Have asked for refund twice which has been totally ignored. Very bad business and Customer Service is non existent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The mats of very good quality and better than the original car supplier. Also value for money

Although there was a problem with first set Paul quickly resolved it and sent another without asking for the first one back first.

Updated to add, the mats did arrive today (2.3.23) after contact yesterday, following this review. I am not going to edit the original review as it’s still a true reflection of my earlier experience with this company. However I do appreciate that the customer service manager did email, and also followed the email up with a phone call today, and that he informed me that my delivery charge has been refunded. The mats fit well and look nice in the car, so I’m pleased about that.

Ordered these mats for my sons first car on the 17th Feb 23. Delivery date should have been the 25th feb, this date passed and nothing, emailed to get an update to be told they will ask what’s going on and get back to me asap. Told them unless they were out for delivery I wanted to cancel as they couldn’t give me a date of when to expect them, reply was “we will resolve for you” Still no delivery date, no further contact and my refund requests are being ignored! Poor service, poor contact, AVOID!

The mats are great and fit my Volvo 480 classic car a treat! I ordered the basic range mats, but the quality is excellent for the price. What makes it such a brilliant company for me, is that you are sent paper tenplates to see if the mats will fit, before being made. I have two 480's which are quite rare, and finding original mats is equally as rare, and until now I've been buying universally, sized, ill, fitting mats which slip about! I thoroughly recommend this company, their friendly service and their quick delivery. I'm now going to buy a set of the premium quality mats, as all mine and my car's details will be logged on their system..😁😁😁😁

Absolutely terrible company DO NOT ORDER! Firstly my item was out of stock which I was told about 2 weeks after ordering. When asked if I still wanted the product I requested a refund as to late for my needs. After 5 weeks item turns up to my surprise, now all enquires to return item are ignored! Probably one of the worst company’s I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! Do not order from them
