The range of services provided is good
The range of services provided is good. Maybe auditing the companies providing some of these would be beneficial, in particular plumbing. However the help provided by customer services was great, very good Lewis.

Shambolic service again...
For the second time I was completely messed about. Curtis from Hybrid Heating did contact me and said how about Thursday? I said that this was good for me then I heard nothing from him. I texted him 3 times and even rang him to no avail. No communication and then no show; absolutely dreadful service. Bad enough in itself, but as this had happened before I would have thought as company you would have ensured somebody actually sorted the service this time. What a dreadful company YourRepair is!

What let you down was the lack of communication from Your Repair…. We were booked in for a slot 8am to 12 noon…. By noon engineer not arrived - we had to ring Your Repair …. A whole morning wasted !!!

Very unreliable company with toooo many exceptions
Very unreliable company with toooo many exceptions allowing them to refuse any complicated work.
We pay them monthly with a view that when required help is at hand. But, any work which entails expensive intervention- they refuse on flimsy grounds. And believe me they have one of the most exhaustive exception list in their terms and conditions.
Totally wastage of money.

Boiler Service
After several attempts to make an appointment with the engineer to service the boiler, we managed to agree a mutual date. The engineer arrived towards the end of the time period stated. He did very thorough testing of the boiler and the gas pipes in and out of the gas meter. I was pleased with the service of my boiler. I think Yourrepair would retain more of their members if they were to reward their loyal customers with lower premiums. Overall, good service provided by Yourrepair.
