Abbiamo sottoscritto un contratto con 10 lead e sono arrivati tutti e 10 lead farlocchi, nessun contatto valido, nessun numero di telefono esistente, niente di niente.
Abbiamo scritto tempestivamente chiedendo di attribuirci altri lead e la loro risposta testuale è stata la seguente:
"Ciao Teresa,
I paccheti dei leads non si possono fare a titolo gratuito ma a pagamento, come nella mail precedente.
Gratuiti sono i leads che vi regalo.
Attendo tue.
Un saluto,"

In pratica ci volevano restituire dei lead gratuitamente a patto che ne acquistassimo altri.

ovviamente essendo una società con sede fuori dall'Italia la contestazione legale è pressochè impossibile.

Ni un solo lead útil y muchas horas perdidas con ellos. Los supuestos clientes no están interesados y, cuando lo están, ya te llegan muy mareados y quemados. En su momento recibíamos leads con contenido erróneo que nos acababan reembolsando, pero ahora la redacción de los mismos es muy abierta, dando lugar a engaño.

Una vez se acerca la finalización de tu bolsa de leads, no aceptan ninguna devolución y, ante las quejas, te ofrecen devolverte los leads engañosos contratando nuevos leads. En resumen, una experiencia frustrante y nada recomendable.

Brief interview, getting to the points that really matter.

Do not go anywhere near them. They are a complete bunch of cowboys and will pass you so called leads where the propsect has asked them to not contact them again. They then refuse to give you refund and ignore your calls. The leadership are more than useless, and only interested in ripping off as many people as possible.

They have had to pay out hundreds of thousands in compensation for mistreatment of employees you can find an article about this on Scottishlegal dot com.

This company somehow obtained my mobile number and has been bombarding me with calls ever since. They have even resorted to withholding their numbers to trick me into answering the phone.

They are also constantly calling my office and trying to get colleagues to give out further information.

Although I haven't spoken with them, they have now shared my number with third parties, who are also calling me.

Such a scummy way to do business. Avoid!

En los 6 meses que llevamos trabajando con ellos, nos ha llegado únicamente 1 lead para nuestro servicio, y de mala calidad, frío y con 0 idea de los precios de mercado.

Hemos intentado dialogar con ellos para pedir una devolución del dinero, menos el precio de ese lead, pero se niegan a contestar.

Yo vine por recomendación de un conocido, pero de verdad que os recomiendo que no los toquéis ni con un palo.

So far so good with our interactions. Gave all our details and requirements and several companies have been in touch to offer their services. We've not yet arranged any firm visits as we are just in the process of starting to look around for new suppliers. All the emails and calls seem positive though and have no complaints so far about the communications with vendors.

Avoid or suffer the same experience.

If they respond on this then why can’t they respond to my request for a refund. UPDATED: ***I've contacted the 'getintouch' email and if this comment is still here then you can safely assume they are just as useless. Meanwhile, I've still not a response from the 2 people I've been dealing with.***

Everyone I’ve interacted with are damn right unprofessional and the radio silence speaks volumes about this organisation.

They sell fake leads, fake projects and move the goal posts to return fraudulent leads at every turn.

Your Short List do not provide what they claim to offer. We worked with them for 3 months and received 0 actionable leads. At their request we changed the process multiple times and still received no value

We discovered that their positive reviews on Trustpilot were fraudulent and placed by associates of staff members.

They have refused any refunds and we are currently pursuing them legally through the Scottish Sheriff.

Zero results, 90-95% false leads.

I started using them around mid 2023, about a year ago. They generate leads by calling companies, getting information about projects, and then selling them to Partners. The concept sounds great, however, in practice I feel that is very far from the truth. On many occasions when I purchased a prospect and called them, it is either no project or they cannot be reached. When this happens you passback the purchase to YSL, but suddenly a day later they will inform you that they have successfully arranged a meeting. How can they get hold of the prospect when I've been trying the same contact information. Also after they set up the meetings, the prospects do not want to respond, but by that time, YSL would have charged you and refused the passback. Very strange indeed.

For prospects that do pick up the call, they will inform me that YSL have way oversold it to me, and that they are 'thinking' about something they 'may' look into 6-12 months later, yet this is sold as a 'prospect'.

For some of the prospects that do connect for an initial call, soon as they take the call, it is impossible to get hold of them again or say that they have gone with someone else. Something does not add up. This happened on multiple occasions. I think these dummy prospects are friends of the agents, so that they get a fee, even though it is a dud.

YSL refuse to provide audio recordings of their agents talking to the so called prospects. So they have something to hide it seems.

The service to the prospects is free, they only charge the Partners. Costs to Partners range from £200-£500 per 'prospect'. As I said, I've returned around 60%, around 30% I've missed their deadline so wasted those. The remaining 10% took calls and never proceeded.

Another strange thing is their TrustPilot scores are pretty high, which was the one I checked when I signed up. But when you check on Google, it seems more realistic and reflects my experiences. Expensive lesson to myself, check as many review sites as possible, and TrustPilot scores can no longer be trusted. Seems reviews can easily be bought.

They responded here saying they would contact. Not a single word or email from the account manager.

Esperienza molto negativa. L'impressione è stata che i leads segnalati fossero solo blandamente interessati all'attività. L'aspetto più rilevante è però il non rispetto delle clausole contrattuali.
Abbiamo invocato il diritto di recesso ai sensi dell'articolo 9.2 e richiesto il rimborso come da articolo 9.4.2.
Non abbiamo mai ottenuto risposta, neppure alla successiva missiva del nostro avvocato. Non è possibile reperire una pec o un indirizzo fisico in Italia, nonostante la sede eletta per un contraddittorio sia Milano.
Un muro di gomma, mai avuta un'esperienza simile di completa mancanza di rispetto per un cliente.

Aggiornamento
Grazie per la risposta, ma vorrei precisare alcune circostanze:
1. Nessuna frustrazione, nessuna ansia da prestazione. Semplicemente il servizio non era in linea con le nostre attese e abbiamo invocato una clausola contrattuale che è stata palesemente disattesa da voi; senza nessuna risposta, senza nessuna spiegazione. Semplicemente ci avete ignorati.
2. Scrivete "il suo Account Manager l'ha già contattata via e-mail". Falso; nessuno ci ha mai contattato, né prima né adesso. Se avete evidenze smentitemi pure.
3. Il vostro team di assistenza clienti all'indirizzo "getintouch at yourshortlist.com", al quale ho scritto dopo la vostra risposta mi ha beatamente ignorato. Neppure una risposta di cortesia.
In definitiva, la vostra è stata una risposta di circostanza, effimera, come effimera è la vostra attenzione al cliente. Siamo esattamente al punto di partenza; resto in attesa di un confronto serio e non di una risposta di facciata.

Ulteriore aggiornamento
Incredibilmente siamo stati contattati da un commerciale tramite email, sicuramente non aveva contezza della nostra situazione. Questo mi ha dato occasione per aggiornare questa recensione e ribadire come oggi, a distanza di un anno, abbiamo letteralmente buttato via dei soldi e non siamo mai riusciti ad avere un contatto costruttivo con qualche rappresentante dell'azienda.

Experiencia comercial informativa no agresiva ni invasiva. Ha sabido informarme con claridad. No ha surgido la posibilidad de colaboración pero la atención comercial ha hecho que no la descarte en un futuro.
