Ypsomed Avis 

The pump it's self ive had 2 within 4 years due to tech problems but other then that no issues, but the customer service was amazing each time and had a new one sent within 24 hours. I went back on the pen for nearly 2 weeks and it's definitely made me love my pump even more.
Shout out to the lovely lady I spoke to today from the team, just a shame not many people feel the need to write good reviews only review when somethings arent right as im sure there are many who are happy like my self.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice! Ich warte seit über 20 Minuten in der Hotline und niemand geht ran. Absolut verantwortungslos für ein Medizintechnik-Unternehmen.
Dieses Gerät ist erst vor zwei Tagen für meine 12-jährige Tochter angekommen. Nach nur zwei Tagen ist der Akku bereits zur Hälfte leer! Schlimmer noch: Als wir das Insulin wechseln wollten, verweigerte das Gerät die Verbindung mit dem Smartphone. Wir waren gezwungen, die gesamte App komplett zu löschen, neu zu installieren und alle Daten von vorne einzugeben. Dieses System gibt mir absolut kein sicheres Gefühl für meine Tochter, da sie alleine zur Schule geht und die meiste Zeit dort verbringt. Das ist für ein schulpflichtiges Kind völlig unzuverlässig und gefährlich!"

Definitiv nicht das gelbe vom Ei. Klar ist die Pumpe ein Fortschritt und lernfähig, aber das überwiegt für mich einfach nicht die negativen Aspekte. Abgesehen davon, dass ich sie jetzt seit ca. 4 Monaten besitze und ständig probleme damit habe, ist sie auch einfach unzuverlässig. Manchmal dauert es bis zu 5 Minuten, bis das Insulin abgegeben wird, manchmal wird die Abgabe einfach abgebrochen, ständig meldet sich die Pumpe wegen einem anderen Problem. Zudem ist die Versorgung unzuverlässig. Spart euch den Stress.

Connectivity issues which can have very serious consequences. Extremely poor usability. Feels like a poor prototype and they have never had any human factors or UX person involved in this project. See changes mean insulin leaking everywhere. App does not keep up with OS updates. Alarms are unreliable and for me it has really ruined my diabetes control (coming off Medtronic) - it has resulted in miltiple re daily hypos. Yes it’s smaller but the technology isn’t ready. I’d rather have a bigger pump that works and actually having to ensure your phone is nearby and also connected (a huge issue - the connectivity is so poor) is not sufficient and I’d argue it is very unsafe pump. I can’t believe this pump is actually approved!

Habe seit einigen Jahren die Ypsopump. Leider macht diese Pumpe so viele Verstopfungs Störungen, wie keine andere Pumpe, welche ich zuvor hatte.
Auch kritische Alarme, wo ich die Batterie entfernen muss, sind relativ häufig.
Auch der Closed Loop Algorithmus ist nicht zufriedenstellend.
2 Sterne, da die Pumpe sehr kompakt ist.

Ist das Smartphone aus, ist auch die Pumpe am Ende. Die App muss gelöscht werden und neu geladen, heißt—alle Daten futsch. Nur weil ein Smartphone iPhone 17 mit neuem Betriebssystem nicht kompatibel ist mit einer Pumpe aus dem gleichen Land der unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten, lächerlich schlecht. Da hilft auch keine KI weil der Algorithmus nicht lernen kann, wenn die Pumpe immer streikt. Ich sehne mich nach Roche Insight zurück.

Really disappointed with the YpsoPump.
The connectivity issues are constant. It takes forever to connect and even delivering a simple insulin dose can be painfully slow. The companion app is unreliable and often fails to connect at all.
The biggest disappointment is that the pump doesn’t seem to respond properly to glucose readings. It often fails to increase insulin when levels are high and doesn’t reliably reduce or suspend insulin when levels are dropping. The whole point of moving to this technology was to achieve better control, but my HbA1c is no better and, if anything, my diabetic management has become more difficult.
For a pump that’s marketed as advanced diabetes technology, it has been a complete fail in my experience and does not deliver on its promises!

Die Bestellung von Pumpenzubehör ist katastrophal: kein Web-Shop, keine Infos zu Verfügbarkeiten, Lieferzeit ca. 2 Wochen und mehrmalige Lieferung von falschen Artikeln.
Daher für Medizinprodukte definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Over all ok control, about 70 percent time in range, however you have to work hard for it. It is very reactive and does not predict trends well, it takes days for it to learn something new and you cant prevent lows or it confuses the alogrithm, also customer support is a joke, if you like people reading of scripts that don't have any real experience with diabetes or the tech then this is the pump for you, the moment i can change I will, never again and mostly due to tech support, not understanding their own product.

Tur att det inte är livsviktigt med sitt insulin....

Det ena dom bryr sig om är pengar.
Dom slutade tillverka ampullerna för att man ska fylla själv och dom får sälja mker och mer sopor som ska slängas.

i have been on this pump for a year and a bit and it has given me nothing but issues i have been on pump therapy for 14 years and 19 as type 1 diabetic total
i have never had a more infuriating experience to date with any of the treatments I've been on their tech is at least 15 years behind everyone else like for example Medtronic their app is horrible and you will be seen as money in the pocket for this corporation but unlike other corporations they wont even give you a good product to KEEP YOU ALIVE at least Medtronic or tandem actually work and its telling that the compliant line is 3 to 4 weeks before a response as they are getting so many at the time of writing. i am stuck with this pump for another 3 years due to me being in the UK. i would strongly advise anyone thinking about this pump to not get it. it sounds shiny and life altering but its marketing BS

Seit 2 Jahren Lieferschwierigkeiten für mein Pumpenbedarf und die all monatlichen "Bettel" Telefonate mit Ypsomed um sein Verbrausmaterial zu bekommen sind wirklich deprimierend!!!!! Ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne vergeben, aber das geht leider nicht!!!

Ganz schlecht Ypsomed!!!!!!! und das löschen der negativen Bewertungen bei Google macht das auch nicht besser!!!!!!!!!!
