Alhamdullilah... We booked our Umrah trip for August/ September with Zaitoon Travels for the second time and once again had a really good experience. Everything was made so easy and stress-free for us.
A special thank you to Faheem for being so supportive and helpful throughout the whole trip. He was always there whenever we needed anything and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Zaitoon Travels. 100% worth booking with them.

Highly recommended for Umrah
We were recommended Zaitoon Travels by family and friends and I am very happy they did.
We were specifically told to deal with Faheem by family & I now understand why.
From the very first minute, Faheem was unbelievably organized, professional, polite & most importantly prompt and knowledgeable.
I admit dealing with myself isn’t the simplest task as there were 10 of us and 2 members have disabilities including autism for one member. Therefore, by default, the requests and questions were excessive as we have much to plan.
I can honestly say that Faheem showed zero frustration, was extremely helpful, answered each question, fulfilled all requests & as a result, our dream of going Umrah will soon be complete as everything is now booked & sorted.
I highly recommend Zaitoon Travels and to ask for Faheem is possible!

Turkiye multi centre
I used Zaitoon travel to book a multi centre holiday in Turkiye. Faheem was amazing! Despite making multiple requests for changes, he was always on hand to accommodate and help. The customer service is really good and he went above and beyond, to the point of checking with me multiple times to make sure i reached my destination and to check if everything is ok. Definitely recommend

Zaitoon Travel provided an exceptional, professional service throughout our journey. Special thanks must go to Ahmed, whose attention to detail and consistent support helped make the entire experience memorable and stress-free.
The team arranged our flights, visas, hotels, transport and ziyarat in Makkah. Communication was excellent: we received regular updates, and Ahmed remained in contact to ensure that everything was proceeding smoothly and that we had everything we needed.
They also coordinated the complete travel arrangements for members of our family travelling from Pakistan while we travelled from the UK. Their flights, visas, accommodation and transport were all handled to a very high standard, allowing everyone to meet and travel together without difficulty.
All costs were explained clearly from the outset, with no hidden charges. The vehicles provided were modern, clean and comfortable, while the drivers were courteous, punctual and professional.
The overall package represented very good value for money. I would recommend Zaitoon Travel without hesitation to anyone seeking a trustworthy, organised and customer-focused travel company.
