Brother Azhar helped me book my umrah package for November 2026 Alhamdulilah, so far the experience with Zaitoon travel has been smooth and Azhar has been very helpful throughout. I originally booked at one hotel but Azhar gave me an upgrade at a different hotel for the same price. Communication is always on point and I always have my questions answered. I like the way everything you need such as Visa and transport between airports and hotels are included and we also included ziyarat in Makkah and Medina for a reasonable price. It was very useful that Azhar provided extra information about the hotels and flights. No issues whatsoever with booking the package and looking forward to flying out to do my Umrah in November Inshallah! I will be leaving another review after I have experienced my Umrah Inshallah, Jazakallah Azhar brother.

This is our 2nd time booking with brother Faheem for Umrah. He already had all our details from last time which made the process very smooth. He was also once again very responsive, helpful and accommodating to our preferences and needs. He also made sure to keep checking in during the trip to make sure we were all ok and everything is good, as well as providing us nice reminders and an information pack about what to bring for umrah and to remember to book our Rawdah slot in advance. Will definitely book with him and Zaitoon travels again Inshallah.

I contacted Zaitoon Travel for a quote for myself and my family to go to Saudi Arabia for our umura.

My inquiry was dealt with by sister Sajida, i found the process was made very easy by her and she tried to help me in every way by trying to ensure that the package was something which I could manage financially and practically as we had a baby in our group.

Unfortunately on this occasion because of some unforeseen family difficulties, I was not able to complete my trip with them, but i have saved their details as I will definitely give them a try again.

The service by the sister was very polite, commercially efficient, professional and the price given was very competitive, and there was an opportunity to spread the costs.
