Sister Sajida from Zaitoon Travel did our booking, and she really made our whole holiday experience fantastic from start to finish!

The booking was really smooth, and the whole package was just amazing! We had a multi-city holiday to Turkey with fantastic amenities. We stayed at a 5-star hotel in Istanbul with breakfast, and a 5-star all inclusive resort in Antalya. The transfers were included, and alhamdulillah, it was truly an unforgettable trip.

Sister Sajida was super easy to get in touch with when things like flights changed, and she was incredibly helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. She provided fantastic service and had a friendly and easily approachable demeanor.

We are looking forward to booking again.

I found the company Zaitoon travels online and while i was ignored by other agency i reached out to they answered me and were willingly to accommodate my needs. The agent i spoke to was Ahmed and he has since then gone above and beyond for us. We can't wait to go on our umrah journey and i am positive that it is going to be stressfree. My Umrah experience with Zaitoon Travel was genuinely excellent from start to finish. Every question was answered promptly, and the guidance they provided made the entire journey stress-free. On top of that, the package offered fantastic value for money, with no hidden surprises and a well-organized itinerary that balanced comfort and affordability. We even had a free Ziyarat thrown in for booking early.

In Makkah, our stay at the Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel exceeded expectations. The quad family suite was spacious and ideal for traveling together, offering both comfort and privacy. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and keeping us energized for the day. Most importantly, the hotel’s proximity to the Kaaba made it incredibly convenient to attend prayers without long walks.

In Madinah, the Emaar Royal Hotel provided a welcoming and clean environment. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Its close location to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi made daily visits easy and spiritually fulfilling.

I had a really positive experience dealing with Ahmed from Zaitoon Travel. He was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The overall service and communication were excellent, and it was clear they are a reliable and well-run agency.

For me, choosing an agency for Umrah isn't just about price or online reviews-it's about personal trust and real experiences. As this will be my first Umrah alone, I felt more comfortable going with an agency that my family members have used multiple times and had consistently positive experiences with.

That said, it was a genuinely difficult decision because Zaitoon Travel came across very strong, and Ahmed was great throughout.

In sha Allah, I plan to perform Hajj and more Umrahs in the future, and I would definitely consider booking with them next time.

I only did some consultations and quotations but Faheem was spectacular. He went above and beyond was very helpful related tailored packages. Only reason we didn't use their services was because of costs. I will definitely use them in future if I go again in'sha'Allah. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who hasn't been to umrah before!
