Sajida was very helpful from start to finish and helped arrange our umrah visit to madinah and Makkah. Would definitely recommend as everything was delivered in terms of hotels Nd transfers.

We had an amazing experience booking our Turkey package with Mahnoor! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and created a perfectly tailored itinerary that exceeded our expectations.

Great experience
I completed my Umrah alhamdolilah, the experience was smooth and great. Faheem helped me throughout the whole process, made the bookings based on my needs and when I was in Saudi Arabia kept checking on me and made sure everything was smooth. A very challenging time experienced with Umrah flights cancelled due to escalation of Middle East situation but Alhamdullillah the team especially Ahmed has been very supportive. There has been regular communication, feedback and subsequent follow-up. Great service from Zaitoon Travel and Ahmed.

We have travelled before twice using Zaytoon travels services. Alhamdulilla we have received excellent service from the team. This is our 3rd time booking Umrah with Zaytoon travels again we have received top quality service from brother Faheam. Mixed feelings
The transport between Madina Makka and Jeddah was good. But everything else was a blur, hotels the agent was unclear, Alshohada Hotel for 4 people not the best. The flights were very unclear for a very long time. Stuck at our transit on the return flight stressing. Honestly, if they had been clear then to be honest it wasn't their fault, it was the airports and air services but it is their service that they deal with it at least when they can not ignore it until last second.
If they are inexperienced then May Allah grant them towfiq for better services and ease in their dealings.

Very Bad
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Zaitoon Travel. Our flight was canceled, and to make matters worse, they did nothing to help us. No compensation, no alternative arrangements—just complete silence and zero support. I would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a different agency or book it yourself.

The hotel is very nice and close to the land of the haram. Faheem’s service was very good and he took good care of us and everything. Will most definitely go through him again.

I have booked again through Faheem. He has been exceptional from start to finish. Unfortunately this time round we could not travel due to my father falling ill. Faheem worked tirelessly to get me a refund through the airline and help me with all documents for the travel insurance.
Would definitely use Zaitoon travel again and Faheem for his outstanding customer support.
