Great company
Had a great experience dealing with Faheem. He not only matched the best price I got from other companies but also beat it. He was a very nice guy to deal with. We were recommended Zaitoon by family and I will surely use them again. Really happy with this company and service.

Amazing booking experience with Faheem
I had so many questions as this will be my first time travelling to Umrah alongside my parents. I also had some delays with responding to Brother Faheem but he was patient and respectful throughout. I really appreciated his willingness to secure my packages and ensure I was happy and found the right one. Faheem had given me around 13 package options curated to what best suited my requirements. He was so prompt and professional with his responses and even stayed past 7pm when his shift finishes to secure my package. I really appreciate this level of dedication and customer support that Faheem provides and it is something I have not experienced to this rare level before. Friendly assistance
I had a wonderful experience with Zaitoon travel company. When I enquired about many different things, the sister Mahnoor I spoke with was extremely kind, polite, and always available to help. I asked so many questions and probably troubled her more than I should have, but she was incredibly patient and answered everything with such care and professionalism.
Even though I haven’t had the chance to travel yet. I am definitely planning to book my umrah In Sha Allah through them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly assistance.

The epitome of a good agency
This was my first time organising a trip as significant as Umrah and I’m happy Zaitoon Travel guided me through everything. The package is completely customisable to your taste, they’re always available and quick to respond, they provide detail and clarity when asked. I was concerned and nervous, but any time I questioned something, they had a strong answer and solution. In’shaa’Allah I am invited back again and hopefully with use the same agency :)

Supportive Umrah experience
Our family had such a positive experience with Faheem and Zaitoon Travels. From the start, Faheem arranged excellent bookings that made our Umrah journey smooth and stress free.
As it was our first Umrah, we had plenty of questions. Faheem took the time to answer every one of them with patience and clarity, which gave us real peace of mind. What stood out most was how he checked in with us during the trip to make sure we were comfortable with the hotel and guide. That level of care made a big difference.

I would like to sincerely thank Sajida for organising an outstanding Umrah experience for my wife and my mother-in-law.
From the very beginning, everything was arranged professionally and with great care. What impressed me most was that the package was both reasonably priced and truly VIP in quality. It is rare to find such high standards at such a fair cost.
The hotels were excellent, very well located and extremely comfortable. The private transfers were smooth, punctual and very well organised. The drivers were respectful, professional and made the entire journey stress-free.
Most importantly, my mother-in-law is elderly, and Sajida ensured that everything was arranged in a way that made the trip comfortable and manageable for her. This meant a great deal to our family.
Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. I am genuinely grateful for the attention to detail and personal care that was given.

Our VIP Umrah experience organised by Sajida was truly exceptional from beginning to end.
My mother is 78 years old and has significant difficulty walking, so comfort and accessibility were extremely important for us. Sajida arranged everything so thoughtfully that even my mother was able to perform her Umrah with ease and dignity. This meant the world to us.
The hotels were luxurious, perfectly located, and made it possible for us to access the Haram easily — even in the middle of the night. Being able to wake up and go to the Kaaba for prayer peacefully was such a blessing and a deeply spiritual experience.
The private car service and drivers were absolutely outstanding. They were punctual, respectful, kind, and incredibly professional. Every transfer was smooth and stress-free. We truly felt safe and well cared for at all times.
This was not just a trip — it was a beautifully organised, high-quality VIP experience in every sense. Every detail was handled with care.
A very special thank you to Sajida for her dedication, professionalism and personal attention. She made this sacred journey comfortable, seamless and unforgettable for both me and my mother.
