Have not received my refund over 2 weeks.. what a shame, they promise you with good deals into buying the package but once your plan changes for any reason, they behave unprofessionally. Very disappointed. Can’t trust them anymore.

I had a wonderful experience with this travel agency while booking my Umrah package. The brother nam uzair was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I have a disability and cannot walk long distances, so I requested hotels that would be comfortable and suitable for my condition. He went out of his way to help me and carefully arranged hotels and flights that matched my needs perfectly.

He was very understanding, supportive, and truly cared about my comfort throughout the process. I am very grateful for his help and honesty. I am currently in Madinah on my first Umrah tour. I’m here with my elderly parents who have mobility issues. At first I was anxious about coming here with them as I was concerned about how I’d manage. She went far beyond trying to sell me a package, and every conversation was led by her fear of Allah and her want to do honest work and service to people.
