It was a very good communication with Hassan, though I did not buy any deal for my personal reasons. I could book a bit cheaper on my own.

Umrah Booking
Me and my family were looking for a luxurious Umrah Package within our budget. Uzair at Zaitoon Travel was excellent and catered the package to our needs. He offered us a 5* package within our allocated budget. He provided reassurance and his communication was excellent. Uzair called me to go over the documents and the experience was very smooth. Me and my family cannot wait to go on our Umrah trip next year, Insha'Allah.

This was our first umrah as a family and Zaitoon Travel have been outstanding. Mahnoor was always there to support us and advice us. From hotel to transport everything was organised. Alhamdulillah Madinah was amazing and the umrah went smoothly Alhamdulillah. Our package included Dubai after Umrah and transport and hotel facilities have been great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Umrah Experience with Zaitoon Travel
We recently booked our last minute Umrah trip through Zaitoon Travel, and we were really impressed. Their prices were the cheapest we found. If we had booked everything separately ourselves, it would have cost us around £2k more, so the package was amazing value.
A big thank you to Faheem, who handled our booking from start to finish. He was patient, listened to everything we wanted, and managed to get us the exact 5-star hotels and flight combinations we asked for. We were a bit nervous at first since it was our first time booking using a new travel agent and we were relying purely on reviews, but Faheem was in contact with us, reassured us along the way and we are very pleased that we trusted him.
Zaitoon Travel were able to tailor the package to the exact details we needed, and delivered exactly what they promised. They even checked in with us during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated.
The only small suggestion I’d make for future travellers is to double or even triple check all the details before confirming, just to avoid any mix-ups.
Overall, we’re very pleased with the service and will definitely be recommending Zaitoon Travel to our family and friends. Inshallah we will use Zaitoon Travel for our next Umrah trip.

Outstanding servie
Initially I was reluctant to book my umrah trip with Zaitoon Travel not knowing their legitimacy. After reading their 4.9 star reviews and reassurance from brother Faheem, I decided to book for December 2025 In’Sha’Allah. Booking, flight and hotel confirmation were sent promptly, visas followed a few weeks later. Excellent costumer service and outstanding communication, I would highly recommend Zaitoon Travel.
