The worst fridge ever!
All freezer drawers broken!!!! It’s like glass, everything just breaks, terrible quality, I cannot believe that AEG/electrolux pride themselves in selling such a utterly rubbish fridge freezer!

We hebben twee en half jaar terug een gaskookvuur van Zanussi gekocht, met glazen kookplaat. Zopas is deze glazen plaat spontaan geëxplodeerd en is het glas alle kanten opgevlogen, zodat het toestel compleet onbruikbaar werd. De garantie was enkele maanden verstreken, maar een constructiegebrek in de plaat is toch nog wat anders. We hebben contact opgenomen met Zanussi om na te gaan wat hier aan gedaan kon worden, maar ze hebben zich niet eens verwaardigd om te antwoorden. Een bedrijf dat ostentatief de middelvinger opsteekt naar zijn klanten is m.i. op lange termijn gedoemd om het onderspit te delven. Schandalig.

Dishwasher less than 18 months old model zdln1511, used approx. once every 2 days, cleaned well, dried well with auto opening door at end of cycle. However, main control board appears to have failed and Zanussi only have a 1 year warranty. Customer Services not interested due to being out of the 1 year warranty, but seems a major failure for a relatively new dishwasher. Cost of repair to be 1/3 of the cost of the appliance if DIY, over half the cost of appliance for a professional repair.
I will be purchasing a new dishwasher and will pick one with a longer manufacturers warranty, whilst avoiding the Electrolux range of brands in the future.

Don’t touch this product with a barge pole draws and fittings broke within 2 weeks made of inferior cheep plastic and when you want to replace cost a fortune probably the worst appliance I’ve ever bought

Joke of a company not sure how they are still in business. All of our dials have rubbed off of our cooker, which I’ve been told you cannot clean with water. You need to buy their special cleaning products to clean the cooker. Our neighbour had exactly the same problem and there was covered under warranty but was not for the same issue. I’ve spent all week trying to contact some sort of complaints department, but apparently they don’t have a complaints department. If I could send back all the products we got with our new build, I would.

Awful customer service. Submitted a complaint when they asked for feedback on a recent service and heard nothing back.

Awful company! We have one of their dishwashers and it’s under 5 months old, the cutlery tray is not fit for purpose and is all broken already and the customer service is shocking!! They expect us to pay £30 for a new one!

low quality fridge freezers and the worst customer service ever experienced.
I've had a Zanussi fridge freezer installed in my Bellway flat since 2022, and it's been nothing but trouble. Despite multiple technician visits and attempted fixes, including replacing parts and adjusting settings, the appliance continues to malfunction. The most recent technician even recommended replacing it. However, a subsequent appointment for repair was a complete letdown, with the technician refusing to perform the necessary action, leaving me frustrated and without a solution. With the guarantee period nearing its end, I'm left with no choice but to pursue legal action. Zanussi's lack of accountability and failure to provide a working product has been immensely disappointing.

Promised new draws for my freezer as it was in warranty, 3 months later still no draws.... they've told me they can't do anything about it because their "job" is expired? Do they just take on "jobs" and don't work on them then make them expired on purpose to avoid doing work? Bunch of scam artists. Avoid.

I would rather not to give a star at all.
I have called Zanussi customer service and give them a product code and ask them check the correct filter for my Zanussi Pull-Out Cooker Hood. I have stated that unsure for the correct filter so, please help me to purchase the correct filter and they have advice me to purchased filter which was unsuitable and incorrect size.
After I received the incorrect size filter I have called Zanussi asked to replace to the correct size and they have stated that they need to arrange for collection and order again.
On the first order I have paid £4.99 for delivery and they have requested for the replacement to pay for the delivery again.

This company is unprofessional and their stuff are unknowledgeable with the product why do I have pay for replacement, the fact that I have asked for the correct filter and they sent incorrect size an appropriate to pay for delivery again.

Very disappointed! will not be buying any of their product again!

I'm writing this while simultaneously on hold, waiting for a human on live chat, and waiting for a reply to my emails. After several days of trying, I've still been unable to speak to anyone at Zanussi about cancelling a repair.

To make matters worse, the phone and chat systems both seem to be set up to disconnect you after a certain amount of time, meaning you need to start again from the beginning. Infuriating.

This is a good example of how appalling customer service can damage a business - there's no way I'll be buying a Zanussi product in future

They only have one technician and refuse to put you with their supervisor when they tell you they don't know where their technician is after failing to call you for a week.

After 3 months of use our new Zanussi microwave developed a fault. The coating of the housing broke off because the door was pressing on it when closed, an obvious manufacturing fault. We contacted Zanussi immediately.
Eventually after ignoring several e-mails they replied. Their reply was that the problem was caused by faulty installation, inappropriate cleaning or use and not covered by the warranty.
This seems to be their standard response to any complaint.
As the appliance was purchased from AO we contacted them. Their response was if this is what Zanussi says then it must be correct. We will not deal with either company again and will relate our experience to anyone that is contemplating dealing with these companies.

I was apprehensive when Wren installed all Zanussi appliances with a kitchen installation. 5 years later, they are still working fine…probably break tomorrow now.🤣

Bottom drawer of fridge freezer cracked after little to no use. The drawer was not full or iced in place. Just a simple gentle pull and the drawer cracked.
Electrolux/Zanussi don't care and want £50+ for a replacement.
I offered that the failed unit be collected for inspection to improve design or check for manufacture fault. They didn't want to know. I'm an aerospace engineer and find their attitude cavalier at best. They will go out of business with this poor level of quality.

This is an integrated fridge freezer in a new build. To fail so soon is not acceptable.

I guess the message is never to buy electrolux/zanussi ever again.

Replacing an integrated fridge freezer after 2.5 years due to compressor failure. Absolutely poor quality of materials. Previous have lasted well over 10 years. Avoid this brand!

I encountered this garbage 2 times in different apartments and both have a lot of bugs and errors. plus, it does not wash correctly (the little times it finished a cycle without the ***ing errors).

Zanussi hobs are absolutely crap - I don't want cooker hobs to control me. You can only have one saucepan on full at a time - I have had repair blokes come around just to tell me that is how they operate - I feel conned, what is the point of them? We are a family of four and it is virtually impossible now to plan and cook a meal without doing things separately and then heating them up in a microwave so that the things that cooked first are not stone cold. words can not express how irritated I have been for over a year now - the absolute worst product i have ever brought in my 62 years of life. The person(s) who designed them should be shot

Fridge freezer broke after 4 years. Zanussi technician came to attempt repair but immediately knew it was beyond repair and said this is common in them due to poor build quality.

Zannussi washing machine Part no. Z712W43B1. Not a good machine. Drum bearing shot after 4 years usage. Only 2 people so not heavy usage. Would not recommend this maker for anything. I note that Hoover reviews are answered by Hoover. Zilch from Zannussi!! Who obviously don't give a toss.
