I’ve used Zillion Designs on and off since 2015, and it’s been well worth every dollar. You get multiple design drafts from designers all across the globe. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for design concepts.

For the past 5 months, I have been collaborating with Zillion designs on website. My experience has been very smooth, and the website creators are on-top of their game. Adam, has gone above and beyond for me. Communicating deals available with this company, and making sure the standard of care on all levels is being upheld. I took a chance on this company hoping for the best, and my satisfaction was more than I could have imagined! I always deal with Eric Bishop. His Customer Service is always top notch and the fastest I’ve probably ever dealt with. It’s always a pleasure working with zillion designs. I will always go to them.

I have been working with this company back in 2011, when it was Mycroburst, and I have all respect to them for their professionalism and high grade support. Recently, I finalized a logo for one of my companies and the service and support are even higher. I dealt with Mr. Eric Bishop, who made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. I would have given 7 stars if available.

Title: PUBLIC WARNING: FRAUD, RETALIATION & MULTIPLE U.S. GOVT. COMPLAINTS

Do not use this platform. This is a formal public warning about Zilliondesigns' systematic practice of fraud, intellectual property (IP) theft, and illegal retaliation against designers who speak out.

My personal nightmare is a case study of their corrupt business model:

Theft & Fraud: I won a $250 design contest. After I transferred the copyright, Zilliondesigns helped the client steal my work by fraudulently reversing my win.
Coercion & Lies: Their staff lied to me in writing, claiming my work was not downloaded, to coerce me into an unjust $150 settlement under threat. I accepted this legally "Under Protest."
Illegal Retaliation: After I filed formal complaints with U.S. government agencies, Zilliondesigns took the ultimate step of cowardice: they illegally retaliated by suspending my account to silence me.
This is not a simple dispute. This is a documented pattern of criminal and unethical behavior. As a result, I have filed formal complaints with a multitude of U.S. state and federal agencies.

This company is now under formal complaint/investigation by:

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB): Case #251217-26933897
The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General: Case #BCP-HBG-923953-BM
The U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS): For Mail/Wire Fraud.
The FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): For Internet Fraud.
Their response to these serious allegations has been to post deceptive replies and censor criticism.

I really liked the design choices I was given and the opportunity to be able to take my time to choose my logo. Also the response time is always within that except after business hours. Working with Mike so far has been a pleasure.

With so many logo design websites out there, I’m so glad I found ZillionDesigns. Their customer support has been outstanding!

I hired ZillionDesigns for their “Essential Starter Package” in August 2025. The service was advertised at $89.99, but I was charged $90. The package was supposed to include setup, optimization, posting, and reporting.

From the beginning, I declined ads in writing, which their own representative confirmed were optional. Despite this, the company later tried to force me into ads, which were never part of the agreement. The only thing I ever received was a draft content calendar — no setup, no optimization, no posting, no reporting.

After requesting a refund on August 8, 2025, they refused. Later, their representative emailed me offering a refund only if I removed my Trustpilot review and dropped my BBB complaint. I reluctantly removed my review in good faith. They then issued a temporary credit, only to reverse it later. Now they are pressuring me to remove my Google review as well.

I have all the screenshots and emails proving this coercive behavior. No business owner should ever be treated this way. This company has shown a complete lack of accountability, poor customer service, and manipulative refund tactics.

⚠️ Caution to other business owners: Be very careful before engaging with this company.

The experience was incredible! An affordable way to have professionals design your logo. You play a large part in every aspect of the design. My logo came out much better than expected.

We've been a client for two months. Targeted social media marketing is not in our area of expertise so we knew we needed someone who was. Our marketing consisted of targeted direct mail and referrals. In order to scale, we HAD to expand our footprint. The FB ad for Zillion was compelling as was the funnel to bring us in. THAT was the process we wanted; needed. We were partnered with Nolan who exhibited great expertise, professionalism and patience with us. The ad campaign began slowly but blossomed quickly as engagement increased and leads arrived. So far, we have new business which paid for our campaign and it looks as if it's getting greater by the day. Highly recommend.
